I got a new set of gel nails from here and spent almost $100 on them. I've had gel nails for years before and taken them off to improve the health of my nails. I have never had nails crack or break, I am super gentle on my nails. They were horribly done with large bubbles of gel on the back sides of my nails. Not even 5 days later 6/10 of them have chipped, broken, or cracked. Not very impressed. Read Less

One star is a gift at this price point. I've had a better pedicure for $40, where my feet actually felt soft and smooth all over. If I actually received a foot massage the $70+ might be worth it, but that didn't happen. Unless putting lotion on is considered a massage. Nice facility but since ratings are  for the service received I have to go with one star. Read Less

I will preface this by saying that my wife and I weren't actually able to get a booking due to calling on pretty short notice, but after getting off the phone with Emma (who was working the front desk at Beverly Ashdown), this was one of the best client experiences I have ever had! Emma did everything she could to accommodate me, inform me about their services, and let me know what she COULD do for me as opposed to just what she couldn't. I have worked in frontline customer s...ervice for a long time (yes, I know this is what a lot of people say when they are about to be a jerk), and I can say it is a rarity to find someone who is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, has people skills, an easy laugh, and acts like she cares. We left the conversation with her trying to see what she could do to make it work, but regardless of the result, I will absolutely be booking in (reasonably ahead of time) the next time we need spa services. I love the high level of service from the providers and the atmosphere is so relaxing! My husband buys me gift certificates from here for my bday, anniversary, VDay, Mothers Day, and Christmas as he knows I like to get pampered from Beverley Ashdown with pedicures. Great place to take your daughters for a treat or to go with a friend. I highly recommend this spa! Read Less

Very disappointed with my experience. Truly over-priced for what you get. My daughter had bought me the "classic pedicure" as a gift. I was aghast to find out that she had spent almost $100. It never felt like a "spa" experience at all. It was a typical pedicure that I can get for $30 in most states & to tell you the truth it wasn't much different. Went for gel overlay (clear fill with sparkle tips) and was very pleased with the shape. The sparkle density varied between nails and for a few there was variation in density (eg small areas with no sparkle creating a hole); however, I must note that I am VERY detail oriented and a perfectionist (obviously), so other people likely won't notice. If the sparkles were bigger, then it would be more noticeable by others, and drive me crazy. Otherwise, there are just a few finishing touches that weren't done - making sure I had no gel under the nail tips that should have been removed, and a few rough spots on the edges (although I'm not sure you can avoid that with the sparkles). Overall, I am happy and would go back. :)Have gone for pedicure in the past. They have a lovely area for pedicures with comfy chairs to soak your feet and have them worked on. Unfortunately, though, the chairs are not massage chairs. :( Read Less
