I have been going to Joe for years...and rightly so, he's my brother. He's kind, funny and in my opinion one of the best at his craft. He's way too accommodating and at times he will move his family life around for his clients. He has always been this way and will make sure he takes care of you. This group at Rumors has strong roots and have been serving Regina for many years. I've had many stylists over the years but since Joe moved to Rumors it's been home for me too. Dedicated stylists that make you feel at home and stay on top of styles and trends. For those who write bad reviews, just look at the reviews they have done in the past, seems nothing makes them happy and how unfortunate to be so unhappy. Went to this salon for the first time this weekend. Melissa was the lady who did my hair and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I expressed my concerns over how unhappy I was with the last lady at another salon who had cut my hair and she asked several questions about what I didn’t like about it and what I wanted this time. Joe has been doing our famikies haur for a couple years now. Our 3 girls love him and get so excited for their appointments. He jniws what he is doing. Both my husband and i have curly hair and have been through numerous stylist until we met Joe. We havent let anyone else touch our hair since then. Horrible experience!! I'm absolutely livid. When I called for an appointment, I asked for a senior staff member who is an expert at color change from very faded red hair to blonde (I'm a natural blonde). I explained I'm comfortable with multiple appointments to gradually change the colour. They stuck me with, Leanne, a 21 year old!!!! My hair is now almost pure white on the entire crown, blonde in the middle and brassy yellow on the bottom third. I only have chin length hair. I want to cry. She offered to tone it to lessen the yellow. She said nothing about the white. I just wanted to get out of there. I'm heartbroken. AVOID!!!!!!!! ** She also has her friends (multiple that I've seen) leave reviews on this page and other pages to boost her ratings and business. Very unethical and conflict of interest!!!!! Her friends have attacked me on the company's website and then the company hid my review. I was only able to get recourse for the disastrous service after I mentioned Better Business Bureau. Before mentioning it the owner was combative and never once showed any concern toward me. She was mad at me that her stylist's feelings were hurt. This is business, not personal. Read Less

Was in the market for a big change and a new hairdresser. Met with Kirsten today, she was awesome. In the first 10 mins I completely trusted her! Her knowledge of color made me feel comfortable immediately and her ability to understand what I wanted so quickly was a relief. I had faded blue ombré-ish hair and wanted to take it to a red wine kind of color, as well as cut about 5 inches off. Kirsten recommended colours based on my skin tone and really explained the things that ...would be needed to get the best results. She didn't just simply dye over my hair for simplicity. She understood I was trying to get my hair back to looking and feeling healthy and the transformation is amazing.
