They gave a good deal and did my nail so beautiful. Love pedicure there too. Relax with the foot massage,perfect shellac gel polish, my feet total ready for this summer.. Yay..

the staff was rude and basically yelled at me when i asked them to fix my nails that they made look ugly. i got something completely different from what i wanted and when i pointed out their mistake they said "well that how we do nails here" and they refused to fix my nails for free. horrible customer service not coming back to this nail shop again.

The Hair Stylist who says she has worked in the hair industry for 20 years and say she offering groupon deals though Cre8tive Design nails and spa is a scam. Her name is Amanda Lewis and is not a journeyman of the trade in Saskatchewan. She also works for King’s life wellness a home care service if you like to know where she is. Since she left the salon in December 2017.
If you use groupon deals check to see if the salon is offering the deal do not go by the stylist they are not trust worthy and will scam big dollars from people.

I had purchased a groupon coupon for this place. Called to book an appointment at their given number at 12.25 noon today and left a message. Then called the spa just to see about their availability right after that and had a rude female telling me we have nothing to do with Groupon and call the number and leave a message. No manners if this business has this level of customer service. If your business advertises their services via any site then you are a vendor should respect your clients.
I promptly cancelled my purchased and booked with another spa.

Got my nails done here today and they are TERRIBLE. Not only did they have no colour selections, but my shellac is chipping 4 hours after getting them. The staff was rude and I do not suggest wasting ...

I had purchased a groupon coupon for this place. Called to book an appointment at their given number at 12.25 noon today and left a message.
