No where do they tell you the products that they use take 2 hours to dry! Not on the website nor in their brochures. I received a gift certificate for xmas for nail & pedi spa treatment not cheap $150.00. It was a bitterly cold night on Dec 28 - I live 3 blocks away and was walking home after the treatment only had my hands done and froze my fingers because the technician told me not to wear gloves because the polish wasn't dry. Came back a week later Jan 4th & was prepared for my toes. The owner painted my toes tonight and when I told her my story she said that she can't help what people do after they leave here. Wrong! They have an obligation to tell their customers the dry time so they can be prepared instead of having customers purchase their flip flops or freeze their hands! Read Less

I got a spa manicure and pedicure. The place was clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly. I felt the prices were very expensive for what I got. The polish bubbled quite badly, especially on my pedicure and did not look good. The polish was also uneven in some places. In the end I was not impressed, especially for how much I paid. Read Less

I had taken my bridal party here to have mani/pedis. We had our nails done Friday, did exactly what they had instructed us to in fear of them being ruined for my wedding the next day, only to have them chip, peel and the Polish itself shrink into the center of our nails before 24 hours had even passed. Now, there's no excuse for something like that when you are paying such a substantial amount for a service that you expect to be done professionally. We are not pleased and will not be recommending coco nail lounge to anyone we know. Very disappointed. If we had messed them up ourselves than it would be a different story, however that 24 hours didn't include us doing much of anything but being pampered. So thank you coco nail lounge for ripping us off and wasting our time and money. Read Less

eyebrow wax burned the skin under my eyebrows - bright red strip of burned skin 2 days before my bachelorette party - looks terrible and will take days and days to heal.
