Love the spa for facials and body treatments! The facility is very clean, the equipment is cutting edge and the staff is very pleasant. I always take my appointments with Jennifer Ercoli, she's absolutely amazing and super meticulous. The BBL sessions I got with her are the only thing that got rid of my hyper-pigmentation permanently; I seldom ever wear makeup anymore. The gym is also really nice and clean, with lots of brand new equipment, and the locker rooms are lush and all white marble. I am recently married to a Montrealer and moved here 6 months ago. I live downtown and when I first moved here I joined b cycle. With no disrespect to the gym It just was not a good fit for me. I was not motivated or excited to go. I also have an amazing brand new gym in my apt building but I have always needed classes, more of a structured work out. On Monday I called to inquire and decided to sign up for a circuit class. Jonathan was the instructor and he was fantastic..., I at no point felt like he wasn't paying attention to me he was great. So I came on Wednesday Bounce sounds fun I said. It was a killer workout and so much fun, The instructor was amazing as well. It was Wednesday that I met a lovely Woman by the name Miel. She approached me and asked me if I was new here I told her yes and gave her a little backstory about how I have had a bit of a hard adjustment moving to a new country ect. She randomly introduced me to other members, knowing that I was new, she cheered me on in a spinning class, she was beyond fantastic. You have an amazing staff and I can’t tell you how grateful I feel to have found a place that I feel excited to go to every single day. I went to Victoria Park for couple's massages as a kick-off to a weekend trip to MTL with my girlfriend. The massage therapist that was assigned to my gf apparently had a bad case of allergies and was sniffling, sneezing, and coughing through much of the session. She was intermittently leaving the room to sneeze and cough, only to come back and continue. Being an allergy sufferer myself, I certainly sympathize with her, but considering the physical contact required in this line of work, the whole exchange was unhygienic and unpleasant. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she made no offer to remedy the situation. So $220 (USD) later, after trying to do something really nice for my GF, suffice to say I left very disappointed. The disgusting episode aside, the massage I received was solid, the facilities were relatively clean, and it was easy to make the booking. If It wasn't for the situation as described above, I would have given this place a solid 3.5 stars overall. Read Less

Went to the spa for a facial. I have problem skin, lots of clogged pores, so I thought a facial would be great to help clear it out. The aesthetician said that I will notice a big difference right away, and the facial was nice and relaxing. The problem- first and foremost, she did not provide a lot of the services included in the facial (eye treatment, lip treatment, eyebrow shaping), and by the time she was finished the spa was closing. So instead of reducing the price, which I think is the professional thing to do, she just said that she'll include these for free next time (she just assumed I'll be coming back). So I ended up paying $180 for a facial that should have cost $100... Furthermore, my face was red and swollen for two days from the extraction (she said it'll go down by the next morning), and when it finally improved my skin looked EXACTLY THE SAME, lots of clogged pores blemishes. An absolute waste of money and an unprofessional aesthetician, do not go there for a facial. Read Less

I've been here for laser hair removal and massages. I highly recommend both!Laser Hair Removal:Sacha is an absolute expert. I had gone somewhere in Vancouver a few times that was painful, dirty, and didn't get rid of the hair. Sacha knows everything about skin, hair, and hair removal. There wasn't much pain, she does it quickly and accurately. She's also such a sweet, cheerful, and intelligent woman to chat with. Laser hair removal is one of the best choices I ever made. I get ingrown hairs and have sensitive skin, so I just can't shave, and don't care for the look of hair. It may be a pricey procedure, but it's worth every penny. Even if Victoria Park is a bit more expensive, it's SO worth it. Don't trust your skin to fools.Massages:I've had a few different massage therapists there, so I can't refer anyone specific, but they were all amazing. They ask you how you like things, if you want something different they're super accommodating, they're very nice and make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I am happy now - i found absolutely fantastic massage place next to my place. i have to say i haven't tried everything spa has to offer but i can vouch for two things - you'll have a great reception staff when booking your appointment and you'll get great massage therapists! I've been here several times, stumbled upon the place by chance - i was looking for something safe to treat my pregnant friend to. They have special treatments for those expecting and that won me over - i was very nervous to make it safe for her. :)I emailed the request with my preferred arrangements (i do that to check how they react with the website ;) ) and was more than pleased - i got prompt callback, receptionist was exceptionally helpful with my arrangements. I got massage with Luna - she is very nice and delicate person, yet with a proper firm touch when it comes to massage! I wasn't all impressed with their nail salon though. The staff is friendly but amenities and choices of nail polishes didn't impress me at all.  So i came back for what i really liked - couple deep tissue massages. This time it was with Tia and it was awesome!To the point that i am torn apart here ;) on one hand i want people to know about how great massages are, on the other - it will all end up overbooked in future if you, people, take my word for it :) Prices wise i guess it is more or less same for similar level establishments around the city. I found this place right here on Yelp and decided to give it a try as I'm on vacation and needed to be pampered. I was not disappointed. I had a 60-min massage with Tia and it was perfect. Calming and healing. Tia clearly knew what she was doing and she listened to me which was fantastic. The sauna was lovely and my pedicure by Marlene was well done. Both Tia and Marlene were very professional and pleasant.It is pricy but well worth the cost for the treatment. The water, tea and fruit at almost every station was a very nice touch.Everything was excellent right up until the end when it was time to pay. The system was down/slow and was a bit chaotic with me being moved from computer to computer to sort it out. The communication kind of fell off at this point but it lasted only a few minutes and I was out of there.Overall excellent experience. I would return. Read Less

Whenever I'm in Montreal I get here as often as I can. The place is like a zen sanctuary but with workout equipment and a yoga studio that will kick your butt. They have a really warm, helpful staff, not snotty at all!If I have time after my workout I treat myself to a spa treatment or a mani/pedi and it's always amazing.
