This place is beautiful and the service was the best I had received at a nail salon. Unfortunately I got my nails done on Tuesday the 19th with my friends. Two days later my nails were chipped completely. It’s unfortunate that I payed so much only for this to happen.

Thank you! They always manage to squeeze me in even when I didn't have an appointment. My nails are always nicely done and I have no complaint!

I use to go do my nails there every 2 weeks. For some reason my nails always broke as if they did it a certain way for me to keep coming back. I switched nail techs (to Toah) and since then was happy ...
I use to go do my nails there every 2 weeks. For some reason my nails always broke as if they did it a certain way for me to keep coming back. I switched nail techs (to Toah) and since then was happy with her job. Since I had a baby and moved I was unable to treat myself the way I use to. I recently went there on my birthday and got serviced differently. I got a manicure and pedicure and they put me in a massage chair that didn’t even work. I asked to move to another one and they said they can’t. I guess because I haven’t been there to spend money they didn’t care. On my way out no body even greeted me goodbye. I stayed a loyal customer for 4 years because they do SNS but now I recently found another place. I don’t think I will ever go there again. 2 stars only because Toah is the most hard working and honest one there. God bless her and her family if she goes they will be finished.

I highly recommend this salon. They have great service. The salon is very nice and clean and the staff is polite and pleasant. I had an issue with my first SNS manicure. They very kindly offered to fix my issue. It was very appreciated. Lee did my SNS nails and it was GREAT! He is very nice and very very very good, my nails look amazing! Make sure you book an appointment because this place is always full!

I’ve been going to Experts Ongles for 6 years now, for my nails, facial waxing/threading and eyelash extensions. The staff are warm, friendly and professional and I’m always happy with the results.

Went to do my nails on Wednesday March 28th and broke, my pinky nail already broke in me putting my shirt on. Very clean and nice place very welcoming. Just very disappointed on the amount I paid for the service to have a nail broken 3 days in. When I usually go 4 weeks for refills without a broken nail. Disappointed.

Did their powder nails. They started to fall off the next week. (also they were made in a clumsy way) I paid ridiculously a lot for them and would expect to last slightly longer than that. I went for ...
Did their powder nails. They started to fall off the next week. (also they were made in a clumsy way) I paid ridiculously a lot for them and would expect to last slightly longer than that. I went for a touch for the nail that fell and had to beg to not be charged. Was promised that no more nails will fall off. However another 2 fell without noticing and other 2 are on the verge of falling off.
Will never go there again.

I love this place, the staff are amazing, super friendly and very hard working, but I am pretty dissapointed with my last manicure. I got shellac last Friday and corners of my nails were the first to chip while I was washing my hair two nights ago. Now the polish has already come off the majority of my nails. Shellac is supposed to stay for at least 2 weeks but mine only stayed 6 days. I have gotten my nails done here many times before and they have lasted quite well, I hope they can improve the application process a bit more to prevent this from happening to others. Still love this salon and the staff.

I went for the first time last It was very hygienic, more so than other salons. The massage chair was awesome, and the people are personable and social. I went with a friend and we were not disappointed. I got a pedicure and facial. I felt so good after! There were lots of regulars (returning customers that had been going for years) I'll definitely be back!

I went to this nail salon twice to make sure that I was leaving a fair review. I would not recommend this place to anyone; the gel manicure I got both times lasted for a few days and I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. Worst part of it all is that they rush you through it and say that it's done. I left a nice tip both times but won't go back. Hope they use this feedback constructively to change the service. Only good thing about the place is that they can fit you in at any time and the fact that it's downtown is also good...but service wise, I would not recommend.

I went and asked for Shellac - she told me it should last at least 3 weeks. 2 1/2 days later my nails were chipping! I went back and had to ask them to redo my nails since it's not acceptable I paid ...
I went and asked for Shellac - she told me it should last at least 3 weeks. 2 1/2 days later my nails were chipping! I went back and had to ask them to redo my nails since it's not acceptable I paid $28 plus tip, for it to last 2 and a half days? Instead of re doing it , they patched it up! So here we are 2 days later and my nails are chipping AGAIN! Such a crappy job , it's as if I'm wearing regular polish I did on my own. I will NEVER go back here or recommend it to anyone. So annoyed.

I recently went there on my birthday and got serviced differently. I got a manicure and pedicure and they put me in a massage chair that didn’t even work. I love this place, the staff are amazing, super friendly and very hard working, but I am pretty dissapointed with my last manicure.
