I got the powder dip nails and they are horrible here! They are popping up! It’s been less than a week! I have these on my nails normally and can go 3 weeks with no problems! I came here on a recommendation and now I wasted $50 on nails that didn’t last a week! Plus the 30-45 min drive to get there! I called to get pricing before hand and when I went to pay they told me something different! This is horrible! If I could get my money back I would! I definitely will be calling! ...Not they they will do anything! Stick to pedicures if you go here! Nails are horrible! Plus I felt horrible for the woman who was trying to get her moms nails done.. it’s like they saw an older woman and were dodging her! They took 5 people while my nails soaked and she sat beside me waiting on a nail tech to come do her nails! She finally said she couldn’t wait and left! If this is how you treat the older generations I feel bad for you! These people have more wisdom than you could ever imagine! I however got to talk with a nice lady even though you WOULDN’T do her nails because she was a senior and it might take you a little longer with her! I have short nail bed which is why I get my nails done. Tech laughed both times I was here. Made me feel terrible. Would get other employees to look and laugh. Spoke in another language and never talked to me. Will NEVER be back!! Read Less

Try to communicate with them I let them know what I want get opposite of what I asked for they will not fix it and make it right and the acrylics literally only lasted 3 days before they started popping off and lifting the worst job I've ever seen the worst experience I've ever had I would never go back there again even if they gave me acrylics for Life for free Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all calling to make an appointment is a joke. I called to set an appointment for acrylic nails at 4 and didn't get taken back until almost 430. Since there's only a few people who can do it i guess. After that the tech was great and got me to my wedding rehearsal on time. Other than the fact i was severly overcharged! But then two days later one of my nails chipped off. Keep in mind I've has acrylic nails before that never ever chi...pped. I called and explained my situation and the person who answered the phone was clueless and had to call me back. They said I could come get it fixed free of charge. So I went during my lunch break and again had to wait since only a few people can do it. They finally took me back and the lady was awful! Didn't say one word to me the whole time and left me waiting to stuff her face in the back only to come back with a mouth full of food. She was rude when I told her the nail was longer than the ones I had on and she had to clip it. After She was done I found out I owed $3. I didn't fight it just paid and left. I will never be back. And my nails started breaking after one week. They should last at least a month. I went since it's close to my house but I will now drive out of my way to the Greene. Since I began going here, several years ago, the service has kind of gone down. The workers still generally do a good job but too many of them do not talk to the customers at all, just each other which kind of makes you feel like an outsider. The male who did my pedicure and manicure did not say anything at all to me except for barked orders to move my feet one place or another. It used to be a much friendlier place. Read Less
