Today was my first visit. Very pleasant employees, and accept walk-ins, even though I had an appointment and they took me early. My nail tech was so thorough, sweet, and didn't rush through the experience. He massaged my feet and lower legs, really adding the extra relaxation. I'll definitely be back! :)

Sony corrected my nails today and I am absolutely in love. She took her time and made sure I liked them every step of the way. She even picked out designs for me when she heard I had an appointment with her and let me pick the one I liked. My nails turned out beautiful and she's my go to girl from now on. Love this place!

I'm a cosmetologist myself so I understand the price. But I did not pay $60 dollars for a full set last week just to have my nails break off today. I never have this problem when I get a full set at o...
I'm a cosmetologist myself so I understand the price. But I did not pay $60 dollars for a full set last week just to have my nails break off today. I never have this problem when I get a full set at other places and they don't charge me as much. But the customer service is wonderful, they got me in and out fixed the problem free of charge.

Went today for the first time. Originally it was for a fill in, but due to the fact they were lifting, I was told (by Sara) they would need to be full set. Although the nails and polish turned out perfect, she barely spoke to me the whole time I was in the chair. Other clients were spoke to by who was working on them, but my nails were done in total silence with the exception of a few commands. Would've been nice to be spoken to, just like all the other clients in the chair. Hardly enjoyable to have a rapport with the tech. Not sure I will be back.

Lounge Nail Spa is great! It is beautiful inside & very clean. Everyone was very friendly. I had a pedicure & a full set if pink & whites. Hein took such good care of me. She took her time & made sure that I was happy with what she was doing. I'd recommend Lounge Nail Spa to anyone who is looking for the best nail salon. I'll definitely return.

Today was my first visit. Very pleasant employees, and accept walk-ins, even though I had an appointment and they took me early. My nail tech was so thorough, sweet, and didn't rush through the experience. He massaged my feet and lower legs, really adding the extra relaxation. I'll definitely be back! :)
