I suggest to everyone when you give the tips, you should give directly to the person who do your service, because I noticed that the Guy Tony who always at the caisse he never give the right amount to the person, one time Ruby do my nail and my feet and I pay debit card and I added extra 10$ for the tip and I saw him took out only 5$ and give to her. This place might turn some people off because the workers speak to themselves in the foreign language and barely speak to customers. However i am used to it and they are so friendly I don't pay attention to that anymore. They are very professional and precise in their work. They have an amzing manipedi deal for 50$. They work long hours if you call 20min before they close they will still take care of you and are not mad about last minute customers. They do amazing shilac mani for 35$. Go do this in montreal and it is over 60$. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

I moved to the area not too long ago & figured i would get my nails done there... I got there & this guy was sitting in the back of the shop eating while talking to someone who seemed to be in the back store... he told me to have a seat.. i waited approximately 15 minuts until he finished his food ... once he was done, the woman came out the back... I told her what i wanted. She started with my full set, then handed me off to a man... they were not only agressive, but hurt me on numerous occasions. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I would never go back! The first I went I got my nails done by Ruby and they were amazing they lasted 3 weeks no chips. When I went to have them filled it was 2 people that did them a man and a woman and within less than a day they were all chipped. I went back the next day to have 3 nails fixed because they were chipped then within another day they were all chipping again. I would no recommend this place to anyone. I've been getting my nails done for years and never have I had my nails be sore for a week. Don't think it's very clean. Read Less
