These reviews don’t surprise me at all!!! My friends and I wanted to try a new local place. They got there before me and right upon entering they asked about the $15 deal they saw on the banner while driving by, the lady told them yes it’s 15, so they walked towards the back. they texted me to confirm to meet them there. When I walked in, I wasn’t really greeted. After a while a lady asked me what would I like. I told her a pedicure and nail polish change on my hands, she dir...ects me towards the back, I go pick a color and went to sit down where the lady directed me. My tech didn’t speak much to me at all. I was offered water, wine or beverage and got a water bottle. I did ask for paraffin but only because I thought it’d only be like $5 over the $15 deal. The lady was rough on my cuticles. She dropped and broke the nail polish bottle (which I understand, accidents happen) but there was lil to no polish in there already so she decided to go choose another color to do my nail polish change on my hands & they are NOT the same color. When she was taking my nail polish on my hands off I asked her how much the nail polish change was going to be and she said $7. I told her THREE TIMES I didn’t want it anymore and SHE COMPLETELY IGNORES ME AND CONTINUES. Who else could I possibly be talking to? Casper ?!? My friend also told her tech she DID NOT WANT THE PARAFFIN WAX but she musta been talking to Casper as well. Pedi looks ok but my hands could have been done by my 10 year old cousin. Nail polish is everywhere on the edges and she didn’t clean it up and there’s a glob on two of my nails. When we went to pay and were told our prices. We were confused because it was way more. They decided now was the time to tell us it was only for certain days & the banner says that as well. True, we didn’t read the banner right but when my friends specially asked about it when they came in why did the lady so confidently say yes??!? They should honor it then. I was calm until it became an issue and they started laughing and talking in their language. We’ll never come back and make sure no one we know ever goes there as well! I literally just threw money away. They are straight up disrespectful and after people’s money, the least they could have is decent customer service. I wonder if half those people in there are even certified. Btw if you’re looking for a place where you can get good customer service and good work try artisan nail salon. It’s my go too. This is the worst nail shop I have EVER been to hands down. Me and two of my best friends went here for their pedicure special that is being advertised infront of the shop in big bold bright letters. None of us had ever been here before so as soon as we entered I asked if they were still running the $15 special. We were told "yes". Another tech came from the back of the shop and asked what we needed. I told her 3 pedicures. Fast forward past the other minor bs, it's now time ...to pay and I'm told the bill is $53. I'm confused because I was told the pedicures were $15 NOT $25. Once I questioned the price and informed the cashier what I was told all of the employees erupted into a loud, unprofessional, and probably disrespectful banter in their language. I didn't argue the lady down, my card had already been swiped. From the looks of the other multiple negative reviews this is what they are actually good at instead of nails. None of us will ever go back. I WISH I would have read the reviews before hand. The job that was done wasn't even worth the trouble or even $5 let alone $53. I love this salon, I have been coming here for a while now. They NEVER make you feel unwelcome, they won't look at you weird. They offer you drinks right away, With a good selection. They have chrome nails, ombre, any kind of nails. The salon itself is clean and cold and very relaxing. Its pretty big and it's never too busy, The men who work there are probably the nicest. They have a tv, bathroom, and very affordable prices with powder just being 33$ that's awesome. Read Less

I use to love this salon. I came in for a full set solar nails which I wasn't thrilled about , but I try not to complain. Fast forward to today not a nail in site. I didn't have them long enough to even need a refill. It sucks because the atmosphere here is so relaxing, but I don't have money to throw away. Do better people. If I could rate lower, I would! Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. My daughter chose her nail color and the lady was arguing with her saying it was too dark. Um, I'm paying for a service and you are arguing about her choice? The staff talked about us the entire time and were very rude. Would not recommend coming here and we will never be back. Read Less

They used to give a good services now it is horrible because they have become lazy on the manicure and pedicure and don't remove anything they are expensive and they are always rushing! One of the ladies gave my husband a bad toe infection and while doing the pedicure disappeared for like 10-15 min to the restroom without saying anything and then expected a tip!! Read Less
