First of all, this place is waaay overpriced for shellac manicure. Went there with friends and the service was very rushed-one's nails chipped the following morning and the others' were left sticky. Before you guys write a review to someone or any retails store you should think : first : i wont effect anyone or not effect their life or business ( thank you ) second : its may make you a bit happy ( just e few seconds happy ) but its will be effect their life and business . Any business when they open they need clients , they always want to make clients happy and come back ( there no one or anybusiness want to open their store for argument with clients or push clients away . So .. please , lets think some time they have alittle mistake or by accident make you not happy you can tell them to fix the problem right infront of you ( ofcourse they will be very happy to do it for you ) you know , there nothing perfect in life even God .. so then why not give them a change to make you happy again.. service is the most difficulti job on earth .. everyone difference feeling and their needs .. again , lets give them a change . Got my nails redone after I noticed that the nail polish was way too tick and was giving my nails a weird form. The worker (man) seemed to find me picky stating that he was working in the field for 17 years. He redone them after I insisted. He removed it very fast with the machine - hopefully my nails won’t be too thin. I was happy with the second application. However, it’s been 4 days now and the top coat is starting to turn yellow and there’s a coat that was not properly dried on one of my nails and it’s starting to make a bubble. For a manicure of 40-50$, I won’t be going back for sure. Read Less

New location (moved downstairs next to sears)! Much nicer! Very clean place, good service and a lot of colors to chose from. They use mostly CND & OPI products which is great. The man at the cash who I believe is the owner is very nice and polite. I live in Town Of Mount Royal and travel here every two weeks for my gel manicure with Danny because he is simply the best! He does magic with my nails. Yes, the prices are more expensive compared to the other salons...but hey, it’s in a mall, they have a rent to pay..It’s very clean and modern. Also, they only use GOOD products and they actually STERILIZE their tools!! Don’t forget...Nice nails and quality products don’t come cheap! Read Less

The first time I went to the nail bar in Camp Hopson I was very impressed, however my 2nd visit was disappointing. The gel nail varnish lasted less than a week. Believing it may be a one off & unlucky experience, I called & made an appointment to have it repaired. However, when I arrived in store the girls were very unhelpful & very rude to my 17 year old niece. Regrettably I didn’t have the repair despite offering to pay. I have been using Londora in Camp Hopson Newbury since it opened. Absolutely fantastic and great value for money. Particularly with the loyalty card. Every manicure and pedicure has been fab and the staff are lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Read Less

I went on Friday afternoon to the recently opened Londora in Windsor (In Daniel department store) and had a very enjoyable experience. The girls there made me feel really confortable and Vanja, who did my nails just the way I like them, was extremely professional. I love the OPI products they use! Longest lasting gel manicure I've ever had. I work outside with animals but don't like to have hands that show this. The gel manicure I had lasted 5 weeks, the only reason I had to have it removed was the growth gap looked silly It would be great if they served Coffee & regular tea as the choice of water/ herbal tea was slightly disappointing.I would have paid for a glass of prosecco/champagne.
