This was by far the best experience I had with brow threading. In the past, I was going to a place in Saint Laurent to get my brows threaded. It was always painful and the drive to there from downtown was a bit much, but I didn't know where else to go. I found this place here on Google and the ratings convinced me that it would be worth it to try. I was able to call last week and make an appointment for the afternoon with no issues, the girl on the phone spoke perfect English which is nice since I don't speak French. I didn't have to wait past my appointment time. Got in the chair and it wasn't nearly as painful as the other salon I went to. The girl that worked on my brows was fast and careful but and friendly, she also spoke English so it was easy to communicate the shape and what I wanted with no language barriers. She did the best job ever. $20 to make your brows look amazing it's the best deal ever. I think I saw something online about a student discount but I didn't ask since I've been out of school for a year. I never write reviews but people need to know how stellar these girls are, I hope they see this and know that they made my day. Will be going again and again. Read Less

If I could give zero stars - I would. This over priced, terrible salon charged me 60 dollars for a pedicure and it gave me TOENAIL FUNGUS! I have never had it in my life! Two weeks after my appointment, I took off the nail polish and noticed that my toenail was yellow and thick, went to the doctor and sure enough! Toenail fungus commonly found in poorly cleaned nail spas. It takes a year to a year and a half for those to clear up! and today the nail fell off. What a nightmare of an experience! Been going to NStyle Nail Lounge since 2014. Each time I've been I've been treated very well by the highly qualified technicians who always do an excellent job. Having short bitten nails, each time I leave NStyle, my nails are magazine quality photographed manicured polished perfect nails. The pedicures are just as excellently accomplished. NStyle also have professional technicians who perform various threading services and waxing areas without pain or little red bumps. The lady doing the threading is great and did an excellent job, even finishing up the short hairs with tweezers, she left nothing behind. :) Mani pedi was great as well. Instruments are clean and sterilized, they use best practices to avoid contamination. Service was courteous and I got the exact nail art I requested. Just went there today this afternoon with my daughter. We two did eyebrows and nails. The nail and the eyebrow tecnicians were nice and friendly. But the hostess in a hijab who greeted us was so rude and mean -- I can't believe how she get trained and can keep this job with this arrogant attitude. Maybe she own the place - that would explain it. Also be aware the restroom is not for customers according to her. We had to use mall restroom. What a place! Came here for a Brazilian wax and was pretty pleased - especially after trying some other cheaper, sketchier places here.Clinic and staff are very professional: after leading you to the room, the beautician will ask you to change (cleaning wipes are provided, as well) before coming in and starting the process. I've been getting Brazilian waxes for about 4 years now, so this is the more professional set-up that I'm used to (one time I went to a place in Montreal where the waxer stayed in the room while I undressed...found it really weird). I was already impressed.Even though I have a relatively high pain tolerance, I found that NStyle did a really good job of minimising pain - super quick and easy. The waxer also applied baby powder in between strips as well as some lotion at the end, both of which really helped with the pain and redness, respectively. I was out of there within 15 minutes.Price is obviously a bit more on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. I don't know why this place has 4 stars and 2 dollar signs !!!!   It should be 2 stars and 4 dollar signs .  I'll explain.... In terms of the cost they charged me $49 for a full back wax .   The bed had a sheet on it which was stained ... that was my first impression before they covered it with hospital like paper .   I had an omg moment from a sanitary perspective .  This is totally in acceptable for hygenic purposes .     The in terms  of cost ...  To put things in perspective , you can get the same back wax for $49 at spa Diva  at a true 5* , top notch place two minutes away.     Btw I'm a male if you re wondering why a back wax. Then I had a pedicure ,   $45 bucks .  It was good and the staff was great .  However Again,  I've had the same or better for $25 .  In fact I've had better as after I got home and the moisturizing creams dried I realized I still had a fair amount of dead skin on my heel ( I had a lot to start off with) .  Now , I never asked for prices up front and don't know if they ate posted , but I suspect I was taken for a ride ,   Eg a male in a salon who doesn't ask for pricing up front .  I typically do but I was in a rush.   I guess this is why I feel I was taken advantage of . Awful customer service. I messaged on their website to inquire if they do rose gold chrome shellac. No email reply. I called and spoke to this lady and asked her TWICE to be on the safe side because this seems to be a rare color. She confirmed twice that they can do this for me. For the price I said I'd like to do the chrome shellac on my nails and regular for my toes; she quoted $65. Before getting off the phone, I again confirmed the details and price. I left work at 3 pm t...oday for my 4 pm appt. The receptionist couldn't seem to find my appt and asked for my # 4x. It turns out they don't do rose gold chrome and she was not apologetic at all. She also said I'm wrong about the price and I maintained that it's the lady on the phone who is responsible for misinforming me. She never once apologized on behalf of this other employee; instead, she just kept saying that I'm wrong about their prices and when I tried to negotiate staying to get silver chrome shellac but on both my hands and toe nails, she said no with a rude laugh and didn't attempt to rectify the situation. What a waste of my time + who needs that condescending attitude. I understand human mistakes and I appreciate action steps towards troubleshooting problems but this salon showed no signs of putting in any effort. I almost never write reviews but had to as I spent more money than usual for a mani and pedi for a wedding and by the time the night came two finger nails were already chipped. I didn't get soaked but rather had cream applied so today my cuticles are more brittle than when I walked in. Waste of money! Read Less

Got acrylic nails done here, and my technician gave me the perfect almond shape, she was very careful with the drill and any filing, the whole process was a pleasure. My acrylic nails are thin enough to look natural but strong at the same time. The salon is clean and quiet, it's a great place to relax. I will be coming back. Read Less

What an amazing place. I have been going there has been almost a year already and every time I go it's a delight. They treat you nice, they do their job correctly and respectfully, nothing to complain. I usually go for waxing and for manicure, both are fantastic! Today was my 4th time there and my last. My manicure was badly done. I asked the girl to redo part of it but it was just a little better still not good enough for the price. No foot massage with the pedicure. No toilet for customers. I was told to go to the Indigo bookstore next door to use their bathroom. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I was totally taken advantage of. Without even warning my they supposedly gave me the "Superstar" package. I asked for natural looking lash extensions..I cannot imagine how anyone would deduce from that that I wanted the most expensive package. Not to mention, the Superstar package is supposed to include an application of 100 lashes and there is no way that that there were 100 lashes applied. The pedicure service was ok, the girls are nice there, however, compared to other nail places, the chairs do not have a massage system. Needed a pedicure badly, and found this salon online. Was able to walk in on Sunday and get a treatment right away. The lady did a wonderful job, and it all seemed very clean. I got a manicure and a pedicure done. I paid extra money for a long lasting nail polish. They told me I'd have to pay 60$, but at the end I paid 85$. All that, for a pedicure that left me with half the dead skin still on my feet and a manicure that ruined the skin of my right thumb and a nail polish that chipped off literally the next day after washing the dishes. I don't often complain publicly about poor service, because I figure there's no point. That said, I just received the WORST service from NStyle Nail Lounge Canada. My nails are ALWAYS on point. I've been going to NStyle every 2-3 weeks for over a year. They have amazing nail technicians and always go above and beyond. Today I received a call saying I had an appointment this morning - which I never would have booked considering I work Monday to Friday 9-5. I had made the appoi...ntment for next Sunday and they made a mistake in the scheduling. I asked if I could re-schedule and I was told because I'm a no-show, they'll no longer schedule appointments for me and will only see me as a walk-in client. This is the first time I haven't made a scheduled appointment in over a year and it wasn't even when I had requested it! It's really disappointing that my patronage wasn't taken into consideration. I had the paraffin pedicure today and im not impressed. The place is gorgeous but when i finally took a close look at my nails, they are not nicely done at all. First of all the quality of their nail polish is just bad, and my feet dont feel well scrubbed or clean like they should. She didnt take her time when she was filing and cutting. Im going to go back over my nails with a shiny top coat and go back and file them a bit nicer, so it doesnt feel like a complete waste of money. :( Read Less
