This place is terrible! they do not know how to do a proper shellac manicure or regular pedicure. She didn't even remove all the previous nail polish on my toes nails, cut them but did not file them?!...
This place is terrible! they do not know how to do a proper shellac manicure or regular pedicure. She didn't even remove all the previous nail polish on my toes nails, cut them but did not file them?! and started with the new color on top, I told her to file them so she did but still she did not remove my previous color entirely. As for the shellac manicure, she removed the previous one with a machine and hurt my nail plate under! did not filed my nails equally or with the same shape, some rounded, some square, uneven! She wasn't going to cut my cuticles, I had to ask her to do it.... People that give good reviews to this place haven't tried a PROPER mani or pedi....

I was a walk-in and was amazed with the friendly staff! The salon is so beautiful and clean! I got an awesome shellac pedicure with a beautiful design by one of the pretty staff, sorry I forgot her name but she did a really nice flower design. My gel nails kept getting compliments where ever I went, even after 3 weeks! Will definitely be getting a fill back here! Thank you for the great experience! See you soon!

Great place, I have been going there for about 1 year every 3 weeks, Kathy is my favourite, she is attentive, knows what I want and does my nails right every time. My boss got a pedicure as well and she was amazed of how good her feet felt. We are going back this week and we also recommend the place to our clients at the hotel if they ask.

All the staff at Max Crystal are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The place is spotless and the instruments clean. While everyone does a great job, I have been coming to Kathy for more than two years now. She always does perfect gel nails for me, no matter which shape I ask for! I am a nail biter, and every time I get a manicure, she always fixes my nails and cuticles so they look perfect. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded, but it’s only a testament to their popularity. Amazing service every time!

I love getting my nails done here! The staff does a really good job every time and the service is really fast too! I always get the shellac and it can last a month or maybe more sometimes. What’s great is that my nails have never peeled. I usually call in ahead but they also accept walk-ins.

I always get compliments for my nails all thanks to this place! The only salon I ever got fake nails put on that didn't have my real nails weakened afterwards, even after having them on for months. In fact, as crazy as it sounds, my real nails feel even stronger after. They do such a great job here, fast but consistently perfect. I have ocd when it comes to my nails and at other places, I always have to ask them to refile but never here!! The shape is always on point. Book an appointment to avoid waiting as they are pretty busy. Gina is my girl!! But honestly, they are all good. Also a huge selection of colours you'll have a hard time narrowing down to one

Wasn't too happy with how my nails turned out. The lady painted over the cuticle on some of my nails and didnt clean it out. Also there were tiny bubbles left on some of my nails, there was even a tiny hair on one, and I asked the lady if she could do something about it and she dismissed it. I was also surprised I didn't get my nail folds and cuticles cut and cleaned prior to the manicure but, according to the lady, "Nobody does that" at nail salons here. I was very confused because my sister got a gel mani and she got hers cleaned? She was arguing that because I got extensions that "I didn't need that". She did offer to clean my nails afterwards, but did it quickly and cut the skin on my thumb too much which hurts now. Overall, I felt rushed. Clearly the lady didn't care to do my nails properly. My sister's nails looked great though; left me wishing I had gotten my nails done with the lady that took care of hers.

Love this place!They are very careful to do exactly what you ask. The pedicure comes with an amazing massage and scrub like it should. Utensils are clean and they aren't scared to put 3 layers of colour while doing shellac. They have a student discount too so very reasonable for the great job, attention and care. 72$for shellac mani and reg pedi for students. Around 26$ for just the shellac mani. Seen several people here. Had Kathy today and she did a great job.
