I never leave bad reviews, but this salon is absolutely terrible. I went in for a fill in and the nail tech chewed me out in front of her customers because I didn't tell her the shape I wanted. Clearly I want to keep the coffin shape that I came in with. I was so mad, but didn't want to cause even more of a scene, so I just shut up and let her finish. If it was that big of a concern, she could've asked me what shape I wanted. But she didn't speak to me once throughout my serv...ice, other than the melt down - maybe she was having a bad day? With that being said, the main reason I wouldn't recommend going to this salon is the outrageous charges. $32 for a basic acrylic fill-in. Apparently she charged me for the shaping, but their pricing menu says $18 for a fill-in. That means the (coffin) shaping (that I already had) cost me $14. She didn't give me the option to insert a tip when I paid debit, so I'm assuming she upcharged me to bypass the tip option because she knew she was wrong in yelling at me. I've been going to Lee Nails for 8yrs! I Love Lee Nails and the family who owns it!! Very special people. Their honest, pleasant, caring and family oriented. I've never experienced anything bad @ Lee Nails. I Always set an appointment. There's a reason why they have no time and sometimes you may have to wait a little while! They are the best in town!!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional business. Not only was a nail tech by the name of Amy rude to multiple people without reason, the other employees did nothing about it. I was very polite to the lady when it became my turn and she was also rude to me. I asked for short, thin nails with a simple design on one finger. She claimed she couldn't do anything I asked for and told me afterwards that if I didn't like my nails she wouldn't fix them because it wasn't what I asked for. Who says that?! Went to go get a back fill ( this would have been my second time there ) and was told by the owner that they had no time for me. That I need to call now on for appointments. She was very rude and I was embarrassed by the way she spoke to me. This was @ 5, and I understand they close at 7, but you could have at least been nice about it. I will never go back to that establishment, and I hope they realize that customers pay their bills. I should have known better by the way they charged my $ 110 for a fill, pedicure and eyebrow wax last time. I have gone elsewhere and paid under $ 70 including toe art. I have been coming here to see Tina for a year now and she is so awesome that you want to make sure you make an app because she is busy especially if you want a 3-D design which she is phenomenal at. I had never even heard of almond shaped nails or 3-D design until meeting Tina and she always has the best ideas and suggestions and gets the neatest stuff to use on your nails. Read Less
