First off, I'd like to begin by saying, the quality of the (résine) nail product is amazing, the technicians are perfectionists and give tremendous results but unfortunately, some of the staff members are missing professionalism and have no customer service skills. They let their personal life interfere with their work. For instance, I was told about an event that they had after my appointment instead of worrying about their client. They have to understand that they need to finish with their clients first and not rush them because you're meeting with your friends and on top of that be vocal about it. .They don't know how to speak to their customers in a professional manner. Second, they're VERY limited with their schedule, when you see your company growing it is completely normal to extend your opening hours especially that they're 4 to 5 technicians that work there. And unfortunately this will probably result into the salon loosing their customers in the long run. It's unfortunate because I will not be going back there.
