Horrible horrible nail salon. I asked for a pedicure and instead of a pleasant experience my toe was ripped apart not once but twice. The man who gave me my pedicure cut my toe and it did not stop ble...
Horrible horrible nail salon. I asked for a pedicure and instead of a pleasant experience my toe was ripped apart not once but twice. The man who gave me my pedicure cut my toe and it did not stop bleeding the entire time I was there. Very upsetting when you are going in expecting a professional service and instead you get your toe cut open twice. I was still charged the full price 33$ for the most awful service/pedicure ever!

I've been going for 3 years to this nail salon. Service is great and prices reasonable. I recommend making appointments with with Trish or Peter they are meticulous and great at what they do.

Omg! I'm in SO MUCH PAIN! I kept telling her to stop cutting my skin and she told me not to worry about it: there's a moment I screamed and told her to cut it. She said, i do good for you. I said no you don't do any good, Both my toes on each foot were bleeding and I'm in so much pain that I can't even sleep. The pain woke me up. I feel terrible to write a negative review because I don't like spreading negative vibes. But this pain is unbearable :(Worst service and pedicure of my life! I hope I'll be able to live through this pain!!

Je recommande fortement ce endroit pour faire vos ongles. Je vous conseille aussi de prendre un rendez-vous pour pas attendre trop long. Je viens ici régulièrement ça fais même quelques années. Les employés sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Je n'ai eu aucun problème.

Affreux service. J'aurai donner aucune étoile si je le pouvais.La madame m'as fait payer avant de mettre la couleur. Lorsqu'elle a vu le montant du tips et que ça ne lui a pas plu, elle n'a pas arrêter de se plaindre et de me critiquer. Elle a poser ma couleur en 2 minute à peine. La couleur est très mal mise c'est horrible. Très mauvaise expérience c'est de loin le pire salon auquel je suis parti..pas accueillant, pas chaleureux, hypocrite, irrespectueux et manque de professionnalisme.

Customer service sucks. I took an appointement, was there on time. I've waited for 10 minutes ( it's OK), the owner started the pedicure and another client got in. She looked at me and explained that the other employee (who was busy) was going to finish my pedicure and rushed to the other customer (who was 20 minutes late for her appointment). I've waited 15 more minutes, my 2 feet in cold water and feeling that my business was not worth it. Total of more than 30 minutes wasted and I was late to work. I understand that not all employees speak English or French, that's one thing, but it's a bit harder when you want to communicate. And it is also very rude to speak in Vietnamese for an hour in front of patrons when they do not understand. I do not recommend this place.

Ladies are wonderful at this nail spa. Best pedicure with leg massage for $30. Usually there is no need to book the appointment and the waiting time is very reasonable. I have waited maximum 10 minutes without an appointment. They also do manicures and waxing for very reasonable prices. It is not a fancy place but it is very clean. Most of employees speak English and French. You can pay by cash or debit card only. No credit cards. Closed on Sundays.

Horrible horrible nail salon. I asked for a pedicure and instead of a pleasant experience my toe was ripped apart not once but twice. The man who gave me my pedicure cut my toe and it did not stop bleeding the entire time I was there. Omg! I'm in SO MUCH PAIN! I kept telling her to stop cutting my skin and she told me not to worry about it: there's a moment I screamed and told her to cut it. She said, i do good for you. Lorsqu'elle a vu le montant du tips et que ça ne lui a pas plu, elle n'a pas arrêter de se plaindre et de me critiquer. Elle a poser ma couleur en 2 minute à peine. La couleur est très mal mise c'est horrible. Très mauvaise expérience c'est de loin le pire salon auquel je suis parti..pas accueillant, pas chaleureux, hypocrite, irrespectueux et manque de professionnalisme.

Customer service sucks. I took an appointement, was there on time. I've waited for 10 minutes ( it's OK), the owner started the pedicure and another client got in. She looked at me and explained that the other employee (who was busy) was going to finish my pedicure and rushed to the other customer (who was 20 minutes late for her appointment). I've waited 15 more minutes, my 2 feet in cold water and feeling that my business was not worth it. Total of more than 30 minutes wasted and I was late to work. I understand that not all employees speak English or French, that's one thing, but it's a bit harder when you want to communicate. And it is also very rude to speak in Vietnamese for an hour in front of patrons when they do not understand. I do not recommend this place.
