Today was about my 4th visit to Rachel’s Nails, other visits have been ok but today was very different, Rachel’s Nails saloon is small with 2 technician stations, at one stage today 5 clinents were in the saloon, my booked appointment took almost a hour and a half. I was first dealt with at first by what seemed to be a trainee, she was, I have to say, very nice but not experienced, the 2 technicians were busy doing nail art that took forever, when I got to face a technician s...he was distracted and very, very fast with little concern towards myself, after rushing to do a (fine) line I wanted, that, is not as it turned out to be fine, I then got shoved back to the trainee to finish off, all this was almost £40, it seems all they want us your backside in a chair (or sitting on the pedicure bench) with no concern about appointments or customer care, I am sorry to say I will have to find another saloon or research mobile technicians at least then I’d be an hour and a half in the comfort of my home not in a crowded, cold saloon, £40 to have yours nails done is an expensive luxury for me and I’d have like to have felt just a little special. Im very dissapointed with my visit today! My nails were done so quickly!!!! My hands were being thrown all over the place! Also filling so quick the file hit my skin and hurt. Not at all the relaxing ...
Im very dissapointed with my visit today! My nails were done so quickly!!!! My hands were being thrown all over the place! Also filling so quick the file hit my skin and hurt. Not at all the relaxing experience you should have! The problem with most these places is they want to fit as many people in as possible and not giving you the service you deserve and pay for. There were so many customers in the shop we were packed in like sardines! I'm not 100% happy with my nails and will not be returning! Such a shame it was my daughter's first visit to a nail salon and it wasn't a great one. There was even a girl having her nails done with no table and a towel on her lap!!!!! That is not acceptable!

I have beein going to Rachels Nails for some time now, i even visited her when she was in another hair salon. I find her and her staff very friendly, eager to please, and do do feel rused in any way. I love the way she always remembers me and makes me feel very welcome. I have no hesitation in recommending the Nail Bar i am more than happy with the service. X

Nice to you first time you go although was very rushed and felt like they wanted to get you out the door.. put the wrong colour on so I go back as they said they will do it for free which is fair enough.. they are rude when I go back and again rushed and wanted to get me out... and they have already chipped 3 days later (gel polish should last 2 weeks!)

It's not a fru fru nail bar but they do get the job done at a decent price...every visit they adapt to my request of different nail shape depending on my mood and I always leave satisfied. If you are looking for a fancier nail place with girly decor and chandeliers this is not the place to go but if you just want a decent mani or pedi at a reasonable price it is worth it..out of experience best to book an appointment

Today was about my 4th visit to Rachel’s Nails, other visits have been ok but today was very different, Rachel’s Nails saloon is small with 2 technician stations, at one stage today 5 clinents were in the saloon, my booked appointment took almost a hour and a half. I have beein going to Rachels Nails for some time now, i even visited her when she was in another hair salon. I find her and her staff very friendly, eager to please, and do do feel rused in any way.
