Horrible experience. The place is not hygienic. I went to have my acrylic nails removed and put on some shellac. I previously had regular nail polish on my nails and the lady took 15 minutes to remove the coat with the machine when nail polish remover would've done the job in 2 minutes. At that moment I knew she was inexperienced. She scraped off part of my actual nail and left a deep cut which was extremely painful. When it was time to pay I told the lady I did not receive a good service and that my nail got scraped off and is hurting me, she tells me "no there's nothing wrong with it, it looks fine to me".
