I bought quite a few bottles of body soap with different fragrances and I disregard the invoice. Then, I wanted to have few bottles exchanges for my new preferred fragrance without the invoice. OH! I was told that I need the invoice or nothing would happened. I was even told that the senior management will not do anything either. WOW....... I am an advisor in the customer service business. I know a lot about customer service. Now, with the purchase online is getting easier to deal an exchange over email then in person. Is that not terrible...... Also, I would like to add a note that the bottles were Yves Rocher products of course I believe that the management forgot that part...... I could understand that you need the invoice if you want to exchange a Pantene Pro-v shampoo that is sold in every good pharmacies. Clearly Yves Rocher disappointed me in their policy and now I know better where to go for my body product, the big American Brand that offer service. Read Less

I bought quite a few bottles of body soap with different fragrances and I disregard the invoice. Then, I wanted to have few bottles exchanges for my new preferred fragrance without the invoice. OH!
