They were able to fit me in on short notice when my own esthetician was booked. I was pleased that the she was absolutely fluent in English. She placed a pillow under my knees when she noticed the face I made moving haha ! She also answered all my questions, explained what she was doing and what maintenance to do. All this knowing I might not return. The room was immaculate and organized. I was ready to switch to her, but, when I called 2 weeks later, she had stopped working there ! I can't say this was a very inviting place at all. It's a converted house, trying to pose as a salon/spa. Crowded and uncomfortable. I went in for a pedi. I was offered a drink while I waited, but I didn't even feel like sitting down. Shoes and boots cluttered the entrance, along with the closet. When my appointment was ready, I was led upstairs down the hall, which had curtains draped to hide certain doorways or corners. The massage table was not comfortable and the tech didn't make any effort at all to try and make me comfortable. She just asked why there was colour on my toenails, which I said it was from my last pedi. She never offered to paint my nails again, colour or not... I can say she did a great job, but I was not very comfortable so it just made it an overall not great experience. Not even a good conversation to be had.
