I confess that I didn't know this brand until I got an ad on my mail and thought I'd give it a go and ordered $71.28 of products (4 items) here in Montreal for my wife. Long story short they didn't send the products, they did send a letter in French (when I filled the form I ticked the English box by the way) saying that we had no credit with them or something similar that we had to pay prior to sending the items. I thought to myself: "You don't have a credit with me!" I do...n't know the company, nor its products, so I cancelled everything and I don't want to see this brand never again. I'm sticking with La Prairie for products for my wife since they've always treated us much, MUCH better. (by the way, when I called and explained the situation and asked to cancel, there was no customer care and the lady was somewhat pissed that I didn't speak French to her) See More

Ok so I am really upset. I ordered on the Yves Rocher website on Nov 24 at which time my credit card was also charged. When I attempted to look up my order on their website, nothing was found on my account and I was continually prompted for a "customer number" that I don't yet have, as it's issued on your order invoice. I have emailed to see what’s going on and I’m yet to get a response. I feel like I was scammed, and after googling other customers reviews, many say the same thing. I just want to know that my product has been shipped and be able to track it.

I absolutely love Yves products.Recenlty I have tried the Moisturizing Booster Serum and love how cool and refreshing my skin feels.It is light and non-greasy and ideal for my skin type.I immediately fell in love with it and also the anti-aging line of products.The noticeable effects are almost immediate and my skin is soft and very hydrated.They are awesome products for my skin that gets seriously dry in the cold winter months.

I have been a Yves Rocher customer for over 20 years. Always satisfied with your products. You are my go to spot for cosmetics. I especially like the Hamamelis liquid hand soap. We have a 6 cottage resort on Lake Huron and make sure each bathroom is always supplied this this super soft soap. I am a senior who just loves your Serum Vegetal product and, in fact, have reordered today. I fell in love with comme une Evidence fragrance when you first introduced it and cannot do without it. I'm very happy with this product line. I use all the facial products for maturing skin. I've used many of the higher end products (Yonka, Dermalogica, Lancôme, etc.) and notice very little difference....
I'm very happy with this product line. I use all the facial products for maturing skin. I've used many of the higher end products (Yonka, Dermalogica, Lancôme, etc.) and notice very little difference. I also use their body wash and hand cream. My 16 year old daughter also uses this product and is happy as well. I only visit the Oshawa store and have dealt with many different staff and have received nothing but great service consistently!

I confess that I didn't know this brand until I got an ad on my mail and thought I'd give it a go and ordered $71.28 of products (4 items) here in Montreal for my wife.
