First time going to Rouge Dix30, I booked for a spa pedi and eyebrow wax. I was greeted politely and staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately that’s where my great experience ended. The esthetician I had was late (I was the first appointment of the day), she managed to cut the cuticles on both my big toes, enough to draw blood, and she barely gave me a massage even though I paid for the ‘spa’ pedicure which includes it. When it came time for the wax, the kept waxing over the same spots which ended up giving me a burn which scanned over a day later. Super cute look. She could barely speak French of English, which made it hard for her to understand when I raised concerns about waxing the same spot over and over. Will definitely not be going to that location again. Do not recommend.

Friendly staff, however when I got home, my pedicure looked disgusting... the toes on both feet were not the same color - it's awful, first time there, will never go back - spending 50$ for a pedicure that is ruined couple of hours after... will not recommend!!!! Went with a friend and also not satisfied - and we are not picky !!!

Booked an appointment for manicure with my friend, after waiting 35 minutes my friend finally got hers started and another ten minutes later I was finally granted a manicurist at another table. Girl time ruined, appalling service, and a total of 2 hours in the coldest most inconsiderate service ever. No apologies from management and staff, no smile, this resumes the Rouge nail bar experience

Never again! Don't waste your money, go somewhere else! It took forever for us to be served because the staff was too busy chatting amongst themselves, even though we were standing right in front of them at the reception desk. The tech I had cut off all my nails without asking me first. As if that wasn't bad enough, they were not even straight. Everytime I told her she was hurting me, she gave me attitude. Then she proceeded to paint the nails. The nail polish job was so messy, I asked her to stop and remove the polish and left.

Very disappointed. Did not get an exfoliation or a "decent" massage. Did get what I would refer to as more of an application of lotion. She did one foot massage then made me switch so she could cut cuticles and buff before giving my second foot the massage. Found the tvs to be entertaining but maybe too much as my aesthetician watched it during my service. Really needed the relaxation, did not get it.

Not impressed at all! This was supposed to be a treat, disappointing!-customer service, not even a hello when walked in, take off your boots. When my back was turned, do you have appointment and whats your name. (I am first customer in salon look at your book and make a effort please!).-technician asks me to sit down, hello, show me your hands. And relax a couple of times, besides cutting me and saying nothing while i watch the blood trickle out of my nail bed.-the end result was average, far from spectacular, only agreeable part arm massage.-when finished i said thank-you, the tech. Got up and walked away to back room.-?? Why are we playing a stupid chick flic?-the Positive, I do have to say the salon has a nice zen look, and clean.-Girl at front desk needs to learn how to crack a smile, was like this with other clients that walked in. First time going to Rouge Dix30, I booked for a spa pedi and eyebrow wax. I was greeted politely and staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately that’s where my great experience ended. The esthetician I had was late (I was the first appointment of the day), she managed to cut the cuticles on both my big toes, enough to draw blood, and she barely gave me a massage even though I paid for the ‘spa’ pedicure which includes it. Never again! Don't waste your money, go somewhere else! It took forever for us to be served because the staff was too busy chatting amongst themselves, even though we were standing right in front of them at the reception desk. The tech I had cut off all my nails without asking me first. As if that wasn't bad enough, they were not even straight. Everytime I told her she was hurting me, she gave me attitude. Then she proceeded to paint the nails. The nail polish job was so messy, I asked her to stop and remove the polish and left.
