I got a coloured resin-powder dip. One of them chipped (broke) a few days later, but I haven't gone back to fix it yet, because the woman doing my nails was so unpleasant. She insisted on not putting a tip on one of the nails I wanted (the nails on both my index fingers were a little too short) and, instead, only put a tip on one. Halfway through, I realized I hated it and asked her to please put a tip on the second nail (my nail was literally a circle) and she refused, saying she couldn't. I insisted, knowing full well that she could, and was just being lazy. She began muttering in Cantonese (or Mandarin, not really sure). At this point her boss (I believe she is the owner, a very warm and nice lady - the only reason I gave a second star) came over and said something to her, and she stopped muttering. I am 100% sure she was talking smack to/about me, knowing that I couldn't understand the language.
It is important to note that I was very polite and apologized profusely for making her redo that one nail (about 3 extra minutes)... and that I had originally asked for it that way, to begin with.
Overall, an unpleasant experience. I would go somewhere else to have the chipped nail fixed, but as the resin powder is coloured, it is unlikely I could find the exact colour anywhere else. Read Less
