The first administration was amazing ,
all the new personelle it’s terrible. The quality of their product is very cheap and doesn’t last more than 1 week max 2 weeks.

all the new personelle it’s terrible. The quality of their product is very cheap and doesn’t last more than 1 week max 2 weeks.
Plus they are so rude they are always speaking in their own language so you don’t understand what they are babbling about. If you complain about anything they automatically talk in their own language. I don’t recommend this place, they don’t know how to treat a customer, so rude, out of manners . Very aweful & poor service. Stay away.
I would rather like to give zero star!

The first administration was amazing , I used to go reguallry however since they switched administration back in October of 2017 with no explanation. I had my regular manicurist they were great plus very friendly.
all the new personelle it’s terrible. The quality of their product is very cheap and doesn’t last more than 1 week max 2 weeks.
My daughter have gone a few times and would have especially shallack which is more expensive nails it’s just awful.
Plus they are so rude they are always speaking in their own language so you don’t understand what they are babbling about. If you complain about anything they automatically talk in their own language. I don’t recommend this place anymore since they switched administration. Very very poor service. Stay away.

J'ai vraiment trouvé que le service était mauvais, le pire endroit où j'ai été á présent. La madame qui ma servi ne comprenais quasiment pas l'anglais ni le français, bref elle s'est fâché parce qu'elle pensait que je voulais seulement une pédicure alors que je lui avait mentionner plusieurs fois que je voulais une manicure et une pédicure. De plus, elle était plus focalisé sur la rapidité que sur la qualité du service et donc le résultat finale a été très nul. Je n'irais plus jamais la-bas.

Mais j'avoue que j'ai les doigts raides. Tous les spécialistes en manucures me font la réflexion depuis des années. Je donne une évaluation positive.

Went for the first time yesterday and it was really a friendly atmosphere. They let us choose from the millions of colors they had and then took us right away. The guy doing my nail always checked in on me and also was able to make light conversation while still doing a great job on my nails. Im happy with the final results and will definitely come back again. Thanks guys !

J'ai vraiment trouvé que le service était mauvais, le pire endroit où j'ai été á présent. La madame qui ma servi ne comprenais quasiment pas l'anglais ni le français, bref elle s'est fâché parce qu'elle pensait que je voulais seulement une pédicure alors que je lui avait mentionner plusieurs fois que je voulais une manicure et une pédicure. Went for the first time yesterday and it was really a friendly atmosphere. They let us choose from the millions of colors they had and then took us right away. The guy doing my nail always checked in on me and also was able to make light conversation while still doing a great job on my nails. Im happy with the final results and will definitely come back again. Thanks guys !
