I have been a customer of Princess Nails since they opened their doors on Kent Street. I have ingrown toenails and Layla is amazing and dealing with them. I have had knee surgeries, shoulder surgeries...
I have been a customer of Princess Nails since they opened their doors on Kent Street. I have ingrown toenails and Layla is amazing and dealing with them. I have had knee surgeries, shoulder surgeries, broken toes, and they have always gone out of their way to help me get comfortable. It does make a difference when you do get to know the people that take care of your fingers and toes. It's like a family.

Not servicing people who need a wheelchair? Disgraceful..... not to mention some questionable things this place does. Known many poeple who have had there nails done and complained about the damage done to the natural nail. GELS OR ACRYLICS SHOULD NOT DAMAGE YOUR NATURAL NAIL IF DONE PROPERLY.

Not servicing people in a wheel chair is just unacceptable. I will never come to this place as long as it is open. Have fun with your 1 star review. If I could give you a quarter of a star I would.

Absolutely disgusted. My mother is confined in a wheelchair after suffering her second stroke and the one independent thing she can do is go out and get her nails done. She received a gift certificate...
Absolutely disgusted. My mother is confined in a wheelchair after suffering her second stroke and the one independent thing she can do is go out and get her nails done. She received a gift certificate for Christmas and was quite happy to go in today. Apparently they aren't interested in having any differently abled people as clients because they were not allowing her to hold on to her arm which has little movement from the stroke. Not only did they turn her away (for being 'too much trouble' they refused to give her a refund for the GC. The worst part is that she had gone to a competitor a few weeks prior, in the same wheelchair, in the same condition, as they were quite willing and happy to do her nails for her. This could be another reason Princess turned her away.
Disgusted. Not only will my mother never go back, but I'll make sure nobody I know goes there either.

I have been a customer of Princess Nails since they opened their doors on Kent Street. I have ingrown toenails and Layla is amazing and dealing with them. I have had knee surgeries, shoulder surgeries, broken toes, and they have always gone out of their way to help me get comfortable. It does make a difference when you do get to know the people that take care of your fingers and toes. It's like a family.
