FOR THE REGAL NAILS IN THE WALMART AT THE BOARDWALK - Went to get acrylic nails on for the first time, the lady told me to get gel nails instead for only $10 more advising me that gel nails are much better. Not knowing the difference between how acrylic and gel nails are applied she gave me acrylic and charged me the price of gel nails. In addition, she made my finger bleed and was on the phone with her son for half the time. Stupidly, I went back to get them removed and the lady did not use the proper tools. She used another fake nail to pry underneath the one on my finger and rip it off my nail. Thoroughly disappointed. Could've done it myself and save $11.30. I wasn't aware of how dangerous this procedure was until my friend later told me with her jaw open. Read Less

Just as i sat in the chair, the girl that was doing my nails was saying how she didn't want to work and would rather be at home. My nails are still covered glue and gel around the edges and underneath. Even the colour was sloppy. At least they are straight even if the lenghts don't match. Read Less

I travelled to St Jacobs from out of town and booked an appointment in advance. I still had to sign in and wait like everyone else. The service was very slow and not very good. I had a shellac mani and regular pedi - the latter of which is on as much skin as it is nail. After hours and hours of drying my toe still got damaged. I was very disappointed and would not recommend the place.Read Less

I went in and got Gel nails for an upcoming vacation. While watching my nails be done I couldn't help but wonder what the difference between acrylic and gel was because the process looked identical to acrylic (first time getting gel, as recommended by the employee, as I had previously had acrylic before). I have since learnt that the process is actually quite different and that I was indeed ripped off. I paid a lot of money for Gel nails and was told they were gel, when in fact, they were acrylic. I always get my nails done here! The girls do an amazing job every time! I pay the same as other salons but get 10x better service! Every time you go they give you a sticker, once you collect 8 or 9 i believe, you get a free manicure. They even give you a sticker when your in to get gel fill! I stopped in here to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. The technician did a fantastic job, the best I have ever had. Not only did she do a very thorough job waxing, but she shaped my brows perfectly, all with a smile, for a little over $15.00 with tax. I was very pleased, great service. Read Less
