There are a number of reviews here that were posted by people claiming to be clients of the Lash & Nail Bar and I have responded to those reviews, identifying them as never having received a service here. These types of reviews go against Google policy. I absolutely LOVE my lashes!! When I got home my kids told me I looked like a movie star 💫 Tami is so sweet and lots of fun to hang out with and she will go above and beyond to make sure you love your results! She answers every question you could have and is always there if you need her. I am so glad I went to her for my lash extensions and would truly recommend everyone go to see her too! Tami was a very friendly, and sweet lash technician. It was my first time getting eye lash extensions, and I love them. Being my first time, she walked me through the entire process. Congratulations, you're my first 1 star review! :) Today I was supposed to have my second appointment with Tami. The service I had booked was an eyelash fill 3 weeks after my initial appointment. I didn't even made it past the front door. What followed was one of the strangest interactions I've ever had with another human. She opened the door and immediately began to scold me for not answering my phone. She claimed to have called my cell phone and my work phone constantly. This was odd because I did not give her my work phone number and my cell phone showed no missed calls from her. She then got very irritated that my friend did not call to book an appointment and somehow assumed that that meant I was not going to show up for my appointment. WHY ON GODS GREEN EARTH WOULD IT BE ASSUMED I WAS NOT GOING TO SHOW UP?! I told her I was uncomfortable and I was leaving. She continued to yell "BYE" at me all the way to my car. I was in tears on my way home. She called me several times after I left. I was simply a paying customer showing up for a scheduled appointment. I guess my business wasn't important to her. Sorry girl, you offer a good deal but it's not worth the headaches that comes with it. What an incredible disappointment. Read Less

Tami has been doing my nails for almost 20 years, and they are great! She is great at what she does, friendly and fun, yet professional. I tried the eyelash extensions a couple of years ago, but unfortunately had a reaction. When I called to let Tami know, she immediately told me what to do to get it looked after. I started wearing nails from Tami 15 years ago and was always more than satisfied with the results. She was always more than happy to replace any that I lost (due to my own doings) at no charge. I always received many, many compliments on my "nail polish" ... even at the Blue Jays game...and people were amazed when I told them it was "acrylic nails".... they thought they looked natural enough to be my own. Tami always made me feel at home and we had a lot of laughs when I was there...she never made me feel rushed and always stood behind what she did. Once my girls were old enough, they also went to Tami until they moved away to attend college. The ONLY reason I stopped going was because I started working in a factory. I have been going to Tami for almost 18 years, I love the services she's provides. I have had my lashes done as well and have gotten so many compliments on them. My eyes had a little reaction but she was very helpful and told me exactly what to do and they cleared up right away. I was one of the first lash clients Tami had-and I received more compliments on my lashes then I did on my nails after that appointment! It was a pleasant & relaxing experience as is usual with Tami. She answered questions, offered suggestions and wanted only for me, her client to be happy. I do not understand these negative remarks. If you have an issue with the quality of workmanship, the by all means discuss this with Tami. What good does it do to vent on F/b? If you not want to continue doing business with Tami then DON'T. But writing nasty things when you are not even a valid customer is immature and hateful. I have been a client for more then ten years and have NEVER had any problems. Appointments have been changed at last minute, but always to the convenience of both of us. I have not had any nail problems-and I did have to have my nails removed due to surgery.
