Very sad and disappointed. My daughter has very straight long lashes that grow down, they block her eyes. We went to Marley to get her lashes lifted. We did try a home kit a few months prior but I wanted to go to someone who was skilled. The first treatment lasted 2 weeks, Marley said it was because we used the home lash lift kit. Even though it was done 3 months prior, I took her word for it.
We decided to try it again 4 months later. It didn't even last 2 hours as Marley had waxed my daughters eyebrows after the treatment and her eyes started to water. I believe a lash technician should have known not to wax someone just after a chemical was used to technically perm lashes. Unfortunately for me I didn't realize. My daughter was so sad as she was meeting my family for the first time in 16 years and she wanted to wear a little bit of make-up/mascara so she could take some pictures for memories.
I sent pictures of what her lashes looked like when we got home that evening and Marley said she would re-do them.
When I did try to book an appointment to get them redone I was told that I took too long and I will have to pay half price. I said ok. When I tried getting an appointment time it took 3 days for a response.
I expressed concern about getting an appointment close to an event we have coming up because of the previous unsuccessful treatments. She then started getting defensive and said that because we used a home kit - it affected the outcome of the treatment she did. I explained that we used the home kit 3 months prior to the first treatment but the last treatment we had didn't last more than a few hours because she waxed my daughter. It was her mistake!! I spent $150 for my daughter to have curled lashes for 2 weeks.
She kept sending me messages stating that because we lose 30 -40% of our lases it will only look lifted for 2 - 3 weeks. But this was not communicated in the beginning. We were told a lash lift would last 6 - 8 weeks. To me that is a big difference, especially at $75 a treatment. At that point I still asked what appointments are available and I was informed that the days and times I asked for were all booked.
My assumption .... she will not redo the treatment.
It is sad that there are not many lash technicians in Woodstock.
She displays a very immature and unprofessional manner in dealing with clients when there is dissatisfaction with the treatment. She lays blame solely on the client.
I'm just very disheartened at the way everything was handled.

I have been getting my lashes done by Marly for over a year now and I have NEVER been disappointed! She is both friendly & professional, and is fantastic at accommodating my ever-changing schedule. I always look forward to my visits with her. Highly recommend her to anyone! My lashes have never looked better! 🙌😉

Wonderful service doesn’t even begin to describe the experience at D’elegance. Corine and her sisters welcomed a wedding party of 8 and got all of our toes and nails done in under an hour and a half. The experience was more than that I feel like our families connected and it was all around laughs and jokes. From my family to yours thank you.

Marley put a set of classic lashes on me. When she was finished, I didn't really feel like the lashes looked any different from my own, they were very scarse and thin. They were long but could hardly tell that I had lashes on.
The next day, half of my lashes fell off. I sent her a picture and asked for a refund. She said she doesn't do refunds, insisted that I got moisture to my lashes and she had never seen that happen in 8 years ever.
I was really disappointed as I was a new client, I was never offered to be touched up or anything at all. Instead kept being told that it was my fault and I did something all along. I don't feel this is a good way to treat new or any clients.
Fast forward 3 weeks, my friend goes to her for hybrid lashes, Marley convinced her to get classics even though she wanted the fullness of hybrid. The same exact thing has happened to my friend. Lashes fell out, and she wasn't ever thrilled with them. She contacted Marley and was offered a free touch up but also was told that it was her fault based on gaps and damage.
I don't think it's right that within a month 2 new clients have had this happen and it's our fault. We feel ripped off to say the least as we both have been getting lashes and everytime they have looked wonderful.
Having said all that, Marley herself was very friendly and nice during our appointments. Just disappointed with the work itself.

Marley is amazing! She does awesome work and has great customer service skills. She made my experience fun and the result awesome! I would recommend Marley to anyone. My lashes and brows are stellar!!! Definitely consider Luma Lash when you are thinking about lashes and brows.

Whether I'm getting my lashes filled or my claws painted, I am always left impressed, happy, and raving to everyone about Marly! I love how passionate she is about her craft and that she tells me what she is doing every step of the way. Her ability to create custom colours, as well as her drawers filled with various nail art pieces are just a few of the reasons she is my go to. I would highly recommend Marly to anyone looking for great conversation, great prices, and incredible work.

Would rate infinite stars if I could. Not only is the staff incredibly fun and friendly, they are accommodating and personable. Once you establish a relationship with the stylists they may even do special requests like rainbow nails (image attached). They also do special deals for going a certain amount of times in a row and keep track for you. The salon set up is very fun with many different rooms to walk through and they have every single color ever made in gel and regular. They do designs with gel polish as well which is amazing! Beyond reasonable pricing for manis and pedis this salon is the one you should go to trust me!! Located off boston post road with a parking lot. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I was there this morning because someone gave me a gift certificate. Now I can't wait to go back. My nails and eyebrows look great. But most of all the staff, especially Angela, was nice and so much fun to be around. I usually go very close to my house but this place is worth the drive for me.

BEST Nail Salon in Wayland! The staff is excellent, friendly, and very helpful! My nails and and feet have never looked better. I highly recommend this salon!

Very sad and disappointed. My daughter has very straight long lashes that grow down, they block her eyes. We went to Marley to get her lashes lifted. Would rate infinite stars if I could. Not only is the staff incredibly fun and friendly, they are accommodating and personable.
