I have have been here a few times over the years when I visit Windsor area. It's true staff do speak another language in front of you...this is never a polite thing to do. Three of us had pedicure and manicures. My only serious complaint was the cleanliness and reuse of files and other nail tools. For pedicure they did take tools out of an oven but they didn't appear to be sterilized as they were not in individual packages. They also cut my daughter's foot when using the blade and it started to bleed. For manicures tools were just reused from table. I wasn't impressed with that at all. I need to contact the local health authority to see what if they're cleaning properly.

I am very pleased! I went in to get my nails done for vacation and I know nothing about nails. When I sat down she asked me what I wanted and I felt overwhelmed with all the choices and then I asked what the difference was. She explained everything perfectly and what the prices were and what I loved the most is she didn’t pressure me into anything! She let me decided. I ended up going with shellac and I am so thrilled with how my nails turned out. Shelia (not sure is spelling is right) did an amazing job and she was very nice. Will defiantly be going back to her if I ever get my nails done again.

The worst pedi I ever had. He never cleaned up my cuticles. The massage was a joke. I was hoping for a nice relaxing time. He was done in less than 20 min. I'm in the beauty industry and do pedi's myself. Usually they say you get what you pay for, but in this case they were a few dollars more than most nail salons in Appleton. I will never go back.

Staff was rude, speaking about customers in another language. Did not honour appointment time and made one of us wait almost 20 minutes. Only takes cash, never told us before. Nails looked great for a few days but shellac nail polish began chipping after only a few days.

Went to get my eyebrows done and I have a huge burn on my face. It wasn't even from the wax it's from them putting the wrong stuff on afterwords (not wax remover) I had to go to the doctor and was given antibiotics, an antibiotic cream and a steroid creme. I wasn't even offered an apology! They tried to blame me for It! I urge you all to NEVER go here!

I have been going to Sunrise Nails for the past year. Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. They do a wonderful job, every time, and I won't go anywhere else.

Went here for a mani/pedi for the first time the other day and it was very nice. They greeted us when we walked in and told us to take a seat. The woman who did my nails was very polite. The pedi was amazing with the scrubs and massaging. I asked for diamonds on my nails and they look perfect! For the first time ever I had my hands dipped in warm wax and it was so relaxing! The prices were very reasonable especially for the service you recieve! I know I'll be going back!

Hanna did exactly what I wanted for my nails. I was afraid to have them done as I have had bad experiences. She was gentle and made sure they looked exactly the way I wanted!

They did a good job... they just need to be clear on pricing.... i guess its $5 extra to get almond shape... lady rolled her eyes at me when i wanted it pointed more... and to put on more coat of pol...
They did a good job... they just need to be clear on pricing.... i guess its $5 extra to get almond shape... lady rolled her eyes at me when i wanted it pointed more... and to put on more coat of polish on because it was streaky... if im paying money to get them done i expect them to be perfect and not to feel bad about saying anything. It's not cheap to do but im probably just taking my business else where.

There is nothing that can compare to how horrible my visit was at Windsor Nails and Spa. If these reviews mean anything to you, take my word for it and don't go here.Highlights:- Disgusting tub.- Their debit machine was out and I was rudely told to get cash after my feet were already in the water. "You get cash now!"- Did our toes separately when I had made an appointment.- Scraped my friend's feet so hard that she was bleeding on the way home.So embarrased to have taken her there.

I went to Windsor Nails and Spa with the Gift Certificate my husband bought me. I went once before too. I thought it was a good time since we just had our first child and I was needing a few minutes away. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this young woman who worked there. She seemed really inexperienced and had a hard time listening to what I wanted. She actually took some skin off my finger. Not even a sorry!I had one simple request. PLEASE make sure my nails are the same length. Needless to say they weren't so I had to do that myself.I won't be going back!

I have have been here a few times over the years when I visit Windsor area. It's true staff do speak another language in front of you...this is never a polite thing to do. Three of us had pedicure and manicures. My only serious complaint was the cleanliness and reuse of files and other nail tools. I am very pleased! I went in to get my nails done for vacation and I know nothing about nails. When I sat down she asked me what I wanted and I felt overwhelmed with all the choices and then I asked what the difference was. She explained everything perfectly and what the prices were and what I loved the most is she didn’t pressure me into anything! She let me decided. I went to Windsor Nails and Spa with the Gift Certificate my husband bought me. I went once before too. I thought it was a good time since we just had our first child and I was needing a few minutes away. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this young woman who worked there. She seemed really inexperienced and had a hard time listening to what I wanted. She actually took some skin off my finger. Not even a sorry!I had one simple request. PLEASE make sure my nails are the same length. Needless to say they weren't so I had to do that myself.I won't be going back!
