When I walked in the salon, they just told me to pick a colour and asked if I had an appointment (I did). Everything was going alright, but I had appointment at 6:30 I waited for 30 minuets for someone to come over and ask me what I wanted. I wanted to get my acrylic nails off then put back on again.When I told her she sighed, like “ugh”. Then she said that she would ask someone else to do it. I waited another 10 minuets for the 2nd lady to come over. I told her what I told the last lady. Then she told me the lady we talked to on the phone to make our appointment put us down for just an acrylic fill. Then they told me they wouldn’t have enough time to do what I wanted. So I told her I just wanted the acrylics off and not put back on. Then she proceeds to take the acrylics off. She was VERY rough with the nails, although she was nice to me. After a long hour they were finally off. She told me to wash my hands, so I did and my nails stung like crazy.. they were veryyyy thin and red. Never coming back again. And what i can’t believe Is she still charged us.

Went in for a color change after many disappointing experiences at a different salon. I was BEYOND pleased with the outcome and overall experience! Celena did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be returning and recommending Salon Fifth Four to everyone I know!

Had a full set put on a week ago, within 2 days 2 nails broke and I had them fixed, now about a week later three more broke from doing everyday things like showering and getting dressed. I have called...
Had a full set put on a week ago, within 2 days 2 nails broke and I had them fixed, now about a week later three more broke from doing everyday things like showering and getting dressed. I have called a couple times now to talk to a manager and there is never one there. Very disappointed in the service I received especially paying 55 dollars for and now I have to pay to get the fixed

Honestly it was the best salon I have ever been to. I was treated like a princess and everyone was very kind and welcoming and non judgemental. Best experience of my life. I had Dorey VanCaster as my stylist. She gave great advice and opinions without any stress. She touched my heart deeply and I greatly appreciated the whole experience. I would definitely go back without any doubt! My hair felt beautiful and radiant and made me feel like the prettiest girl in the world. Thank you so much Salon fifty four!!!

I went for the first time today and Charlie cut and styled my hair and knew exactly what I needed. I hadn't gotten my hair cut professionally in a year and she did serious damage control! So happy with the layers she gave me along with styling. Super cute. She's so friendly along with the rest of the staff. Very fair prices and quality service. I will be back.

Found this salon online and made an appointment for an up-do and a makeup application for a wedding I was in this weekend. Being from out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect but from the minute they answered the phone to make the appointment to the second I walked out the door everyone was so friendly! Charley was my stylist and she was amazing. She was so friendly and positive and gave me the most perfect look! I got tons of compliments throughout the day! Thank you for such a relaxing and positive experience!

When I walked in the salon, they just told me to pick a colour and asked if I had an appointment (I did). Everything was going alright, but I had appointment at 6:30 I waited for 30 minuets for someone to come over and ask me what I wanted. I wanted to get my acrylic nails off then put back on again.When I told her she sighed, like “ugh”. Then she said that she would ask someone else to do it. I waited another 10 minuets for the 2nd lady to come over. I told her what I told the last lady. Honestly it was the best salon I have ever been to. I was treated like a princess and everyone was very kind and welcoming and non judgemental. Best experience of my life. I had Dorey VanCaster as my stylist. She gave great advice and opinions without any stress. She touched my heart deeply and I greatly appreciated the whole experience.
