I wish there was an option to give negative stars as this place deserves it! I came from the US to visit family and needed a fill and color. This salon was the closest 5 star rated salon and that's why I decided to come here. When I came in, I was told to wait 10 mins but ended up waiting more than 20. I asked for the price ahead of time and received three different prices from three different nail techs. And these were all different from the posted prices. The nail tech that did my nails was extremely quick and looked like she was in a rush. After it was done, I looked at my nails I saw that several nails were streaky, runny and bubbly in spots. When I asked her kindly to fix my nails - she dismissed me by saying she could not fix them and went to another customer. I've never experienced this type of negative and defensive service anywhere. I was really unhappy with the entire experience and she saw it, she rudely stomped over to me and asked me "What's the problem?." Even after I showed her the streaks and told her I was unhappy, she grabbed my hand, looked at my nails and exclaimed "They look good to me and when you came in they were terrible " and she left. This is the worst experience I ever had in the nail salon. Usually, when a customer has a terrible experience and is unhappy, you try to fix the mistake and not let unhappy customer leave. I arrived early on Saturday and was able to get a walk in appointment right away. I had a mani-pedi. The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and professional. I usually end up chipping a manicure within a couple of days but this one lasted almost five days looking great. Toes still look great a week on.Read Less

Would not recommend at all. It is absolutely disgusting when they clean under/around your nails with their own nails. Especially when they do not wash their hands after their last client. The lady working on me did not speak any english. She wasn't paying attention so when drilling the tops of my nails hit my skin several times. I asked for a simple design and showed a picture the lady did not recreate it closely at all and looked terrible she did not even know her colours. Will not go back. Read Less
