Absolutely appalled by the service. A terrible experience getting my gel nails done. The job was rushed, and the results were horrifying. Wonky nails, sore fingers and uneven cuts later we were pushed out the door in a rush - all that (getting the gel nails done ) in 15 mins and $45 worth. 6 hours later, my fingers are sore and hurt a lot. All that because more "clients" were going to walk in. Would not recommend anyone to come here. The woman is extremely bossy and frankly, quite rude. It is not worth your money, nor your time. Please seek somewhere else. Plus - She will charge you extra $10 to slap colour on your nails and will take advantage off of you. Terrible experience. Terrible hospitality. Terrible service. I had the worst experience at this salon today , I can't even begin to tell you what they did . I went in for a shellac pedi , first off they are very unprofessional , and rude , the girl who was working on me was huffing and puffing as she was working on me ... then she cuts me makes me bleed doesn't even apologize , files off half my toe , then kept getting up every second in between the service and leaving me , and the worst of all she leaves the UV light on toes with out any leg support so my legs were killing me... not to mention overcharged me when the cost for a pedi is 40 I ended up paying 62 Thats not at the end if it when i got home I realized that the nail polish was cured onto my skin .... horrible never again this doesn't even deserve one star but I have to in order to post . This place is not great. The lady who normally is there is a little rude...she has slapped my hand with the nail file a couple of times. She does a fast job and doesn't let the nail polish dry before putting on a top coat. Also, she charges an additional $8 for matte finish instead of clear which is only $20 for fill and polish with normal clear Read Less

The new lady was extremely nice. But, she pressed way too hard on my nails with the tools, and I've gotten my nails done enough times to know that shouldn't hurt. & I don't know what happened, but I got my nails done on Sunday, noticed one of them had cracked on Tuesday, and another on Friday- $40 for cracked up nails? I recently got my first biogel nails done at InStyle and they look and feel fabulous. Ask for Nina or Houda, they are two ladies I KNOW are experienced and just lovely to chat with. My mother, grandmother and aunt also go to InStyle and love it. We go there all year round! Read Less

Horrible service! I'm got a birthday gift card for my sister in law . Nails looked horrible, looked like a 3 year old did it. What a waste of a $100 bucks. People don't go to this place! You will be very disappointed . I got pictures to prove it, if I could I would give it a -5 in stars. Read Less

I got a pedicure done here in March. When I took the nail polish off my nail was completely white. I recently went to the Dr because it wasn't getting better. Turns out the nail is infected. When I called you guys - you claimed it was my fault because I left the polish on too long. According to my Dr thats not possible. I have never done a pedicure before and I will definitely never do it again. In addition to the infection the poor, poor customer service when I called is enough to deter me from going back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favour and don't EVER go here. It was my first time at this salon and it will most certainly be my very last. I "got" a mani-pedi with shellac done and my 6 year old niece could do a better job. The woman who did my manicure cut my cuticle to the point where I bled. I have NEVER had that happen before. She applied the Shellac poorly; it's been barely 1 day and the nail she caused to bleed now has chipped Shellac.  After she finished with me she didn't say a word but basically dismissed me by moving on to another customer who had been served and was waiting to have a design applied to her nails. By the time I got home half of the nail polish which was sloppily applied to my toenails had come off as a result of the woman applying the top coat much too late. I was so lucky to walk into this place and felt right at Home with the Friendly Welcome. Giovanna was very accommodating to fit me in and we have become Great Friends since, I haven't gone anywhere else since. The Customer Service is Outstanding and Quality of the Service Tops anywhere I've been in. The Facility is Clean and stylish. This is a One stop Shop, Tanning, Facials, Botox, fillers, etc.. and the Beautiful Boutique is to die for, I've become bought some beautiful things there very reasonably priced. Read Less
