This is not to do with the service from the girl who did my mani pedi, she was great and did a great job - her name was sam. I recommend her. This is towards Spaxs and their management. I booked a bridal party for my friends wedding and i feel like it was less than ideal for bridal parties. We weren’t even all sitting together (mind you one friend couldn’t make it but we still would of been separated) for the pedicures which sucked. 3 out of 4 massage chairs were not on, 2/4 not even offered and mine was broken. When it comes to gel mani pedi, it can get quite pricey and for a bridal party you want to have a good time. Their “mission statement” is “…to ensure all clients expectations are surpassed” & “one of a kind services” but that definitely did not happen. The girls were friendly and we are pretty simple but for a place i hear such good things about - it was kind of a huge let down.

I’ve been going here for about two years, always amazing and friendly service. I just had my first pedicure done by Emily and she was great!! Love this place ❤️

I have been going there for almost a year. I have never had so many compliments on my nails. I make appointments and have never had to wait. The services is fast and friendly. They have never hurt me....

Always professional and on time. I hate waiting around at nail salons for my turn and these guys never do that.
Edited to add; all the girls there are great at what they do, Viola is who i see for my bio gel nail, she's awesome!
If good service, great product and a positive atmosphere is what you're looking for then this is the place for you.

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got there a few minutes early . Was brought to the tub chair and told they were running behind. I waited 20 min ( the water was getting cold ) when a nail ...
Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got there a few minutes early . Was brought to the tub chair and told they were running behind. I waited 20 min ( the water was getting cold ) when a nail tech came over and sat down viable pisses because she had to do my pedicure. She said sorry for the wait but I was thrown into this! I don't treat myself very often and was disappointed with the service. I felt she rushed then pushed me off to another girl for the manicure. No hand massage/lotion. Didn't even clean under my nails. I'll better enjoy my 94.00 worth of service elsewhere next time!

Went in for a full acrylic set, the tech kept telling the new girl how good she was at her job, unfortunately some of my nails are crooked. They don’t clean up your cuticles (every other salon I’ve been to has when doing acrylics). Then the tech rushed putting on my shellac polish. She had another customer waiting so she did a mediocre job. The polish is bumpy, and you can see bubbles in half of them. You’d think for the prices they charge, they’d pay more attention to their work. Won’t be returning.
UPDATE :
*Manager called me and offered for me to go back to the Tecumseh location, or to the Provincial Rd location and get my nails redone free of charge. I’m happy their customer service is a priority. Happy that the situation was handled well.*

I really like coming here and have a favourite who is amazing. So this time when I made the appt for a polish change over the phone, I was given some information which I found out upon arrival during a quick conversation with Becky that that information was wrong. This inwardly bugged me since I'm going away and things would've been different had I known the correct info. Unprompted and unexpected, when I went to pay, Becky acknowledged the issue and did what all services should do when a client is slightly miffed, she wasn't even the one who gave me the wrong information. I walked away feeling valued! Thanks

Went for a manicure and facial. The manicure was great but the facial took away the entire experience. Firstly I had two extra women watching me get the facial done apart from the beautician herself. Secondly the facial was done with rubber gloves so I could feel the rubber make those weird noises against my skin and lastly the products used weren't good at all! Will go there for manicure but never for facial.

Horrendous experience! They totally ruined my nails! Painful bio gel removal, she kept peeling off my real nail instead of fake nails. Design was not at all what I asked for. Nails not even the same size or shape. Nail broke off within four days. They refused to offer a refund so I could go fix my ugly painful mani. They charged my $90 for poor quality nails.

I have gone to the nail bar many times, and every single time the ladies who do my nails have been so kind, friendly and talkative. I get gels nails and shellac polish, and I have always had a great manicure at both this location and the one on provincial. (As well as their eyelash extensions- would recommend!!) when you go with a friend they don't split you up, they make sure you can sit together. It's always the best experience. ☺️

I've made this my go to place for manicures and pedicures. The prices are great for the area ($26 for a regular pedicure & $30 or so for Shellac manicure). The salon itself is huge so I've never waite...
I've made this my go to place for manicures and pedicures. The prices are great for the area ($26 for a regular pedicure & $30 or so for Shellac manicure). The salon itself is huge so I've never waited long to get helped...They do take appointments but I tend to just walk in. They have a huge selection of colors - you'll always find what you want. Good spot!

This is not to do with the service from the girl who did my mani pedi, she was great and did a great job - her name was sam. I recommend her. This is towards Spaxs and their management. I booked a bridal party for my friends wedding and i feel like it was less than ideal for bridal parties. Horrendous experience! They totally ruined my nails! Painful bio gel removal, she kept peeling off my real nail instead of fake nails. Design was not at all what I asked for. Nails not even the same size or shape. Nail broke off within four days. They refused to offer a refund so I could go fix my ugly painful mani. They charged my $90 for poor quality nails.

I have gone to the nail bar many times, and every single time the ladies who do my nails have been so kind, friendly and talkative. I get gels nails and shellac polish, and I have always had a great manicure at both this location and the one on provincial. (As well as their eyelash extensions- would recommend!!) when you go with a friend they don't split you up, they make sure you can sit together. It's always the best experience. ☺️

I've made this my go to place for manicures and pedicures. The prices are great for the area ($26 for a regular pedicure & $30 or so for Shellac manicure). The salon itself is huge so I've never waited long to get helped...They do take appointments but I tend to just walk in. They have a huge selection of colors - you'll always find what you want. Good spot!
