If I could give it a negative star. The whole experience of getting my nails done here is stressful and demeaning. The workers here are rude, impolite, and unprofessional. They are always in a hurry to just slap on the nail colour and go. As soon as u walk in they want u to write your name on a list (why?) And then choose a colour ASAP . They don't give enough to time to choose a colour and many a times while i am looking at the swatches still deciding, they take swatches away without even asking, just to keep the swatches in the back. And then they keep asking did you pick the colour . Did you pick the colour.
Every time I had to request them to be gentle with the machines /tools and not hurt me but because they are in such a hurry (even when the salon has like 2 customers) they have cut my skin numerous times. Every time they cut my skin they would say oh sorry and continue using the machine in the same hasty manner. Their tools are not clean and nail residual is everywhere .
Every time I would ask a request like can you plz be gentle or clean my nails before applying colour they sigh in frustration, pull my hand angrily and mutter in their language.
I have only gone there for nails and get the same thing done everytime, yet everytime they charge me a different price based on their mood. If I had kept my mouth shut then they charge normal if I asked requests can u not hurt me can u please clean properly then they charge me more.
I went there enough times hoping they would become familiar with me and start being more friendly/professional and start doing my nails more sincerely. But no use. Never going there again
Note for workers there. Not every customer is an idiot who dosent understand colours, contrast and what looks nice n what doesn't.

My niece, as a gift to herself following high school exams, treated herself to a set of acrylic nails. 5 days later, half of them had fallen off. For $50, they should last longer. Staff were rude and condescending and said they were open to 8 pm on Sunday and should have gone in then for repairs. Why lie? They would repair them—for a charge. Why throw more money away? Horrible experience. Shoddy work. Rude staff. Will NEVER return.

Rude workers and terrible service I went there and got a shellac manicure and within one day of leaving the nail salon it already chipped and was falling off of my fingers and considering I used to work at a nail salon that’s completely unacceptable and disgusting. they have no respect for what their clients. the lady who did my nails Did the exact opposite of what I wanted and when I had told for them to be shipped coffin. She did square instead and when I said that’s not what I wanted she said but it looks prettier and refused to fix them. IF I had the option to do negative stars I’d do negative 5

They are very lucky to have Suzy- she does an amazing job. They are the cheapest for shellac polish at $16, but the salon itself is very dirty and not well-kept. Employees do not appear to be treated ...
They are very lucky to have Suzy- she does an amazing job. They are the cheapest for shellac polish at $16, but the salon itself is very dirty and not well-kept. Employees do not appear to be treated very well and the owner’s wife can be rather abrasive. Found a new salon I like much better who autoclaves their tools!

I really disliked my experience! . My husband surprised me and made the appointment for me. When I walked in I was barely talked to. They sat me down and just started. No one talked or communicated with me throughout being there. I wanted very basic pink nails with a heart on my ring fingers. They were unable to do a heart. A Heart!!! And after several times of trying and adding more nail polish over it to hide the mistake. I just asked to leave them plain! Horrible customer service!

Got bio gel nails done, very rushed, and workers were not able to do any of my simple designs, ended up leaving with plain nails. Very long wait in the car as they take all walk ins and make the reserved people wait. Also they're not informative and never talk to there costumers. Only had my nails on for a week and all chipped and falling off. Not impressed and not worth the money paid.

By far one of the best salons to get a manicure and pedicure!! Lan is extremely professional and always accommodating to my very busy schedule. The odd time where I had to get my nails done elsewhere due to convenience or being out of town have left me appreciating Lan's work even more! I consider myself very picky in what I want and Lan's ability to listen and remember each time I go there, has me leaving the salon happy each and every time!! 1000% would recommend this place!

Probably the best place I've ever been to for a pedi. Clean, friendly, fantastic design skills. The girl I had today took her time, didn't rush through anything like at the place in Devonshire. The price was fair. $30 for a pedi with a very professional detailed design. Will definitely be back. Only had this done an hour ago and had to tell 3 friends how great it was. Always questioned cleanliness at the other places I've been to but tjis place, you see them clean and scrub with soap and bleach everything right after they use it. Amazing!!!

If I could give it a negative star. The whole experience of getting my nails done here is stressful and demeaning. The workers here are rude, impolite, and unprofessional. They are very lucky to have Suzy- she does an amazing job. They are the cheapest for shellac polish at $16, but the salon itself is very dirty and not well-kept. I really disliked my experience! . My husband surprised me and made the appointment for me. When I walked in I was barely talked to. They sat me down and just started. Got bio gel nails done, very rushed, and workers were not able to do any of my simple designs, ended up leaving with plain nails. Very long wait in the car as they take all walk ins and make the reserved people wait. Also they're not informative and never talk to there costumers. Only had my nails on for a week and all chipped and falling off. Not impressed and not worth the money paid.

By far one of the best salons to get a manicure and pedicure!! Lan is extremely professional and always accommodating to my very busy schedule. The odd time where I had to get my nails done elsewhere due to convenience or being out of town have left me appreciating Lan's work even more! I consider myself very picky in what I want and Lan's ability to listen and remember each time I go there, has me leaving the salon happy each and every time!! 1000% would recommend this place!

Probably the best place I've ever been to for a pedi. Clean, friendly, fantastic design skills. The girl I had today took her time, didn't rush through anything like at the place in Devonshire.
