I've been to many places and seen many faces but Lily is my ace! She takes her time and does it right = amazing results, every time! She is meticulous in her work, so I know my nails will be 👌💯 without having to point out flaws. I am hard on my nails and usually have breaks / lifting within 2 weeks. When Lily does my nails, I rarely have any issues (even when I take wayyyyyy too long to get a fill :/) On a personal level, this lady works her butt off 7 days a week, even some holidays, and is always smiling and laughing. Had a great experience when I went to get a manicure and french pedicure. My pedicure was absolutely gorgeous and lasted for a while. My manicure was good as well and Lilly even added a glitter polish on my ring fingers for free. Had such a good time, Lilly is a fun person and loves to talk and I had a great time sitting there. Called this salon and asked about prices and asked if she took walk in's. I was told yes and it would be 35$ for full gel set and extra 5$ for french tips done in a different colour ,she seemed very nice so later that day I called back and asked about how late she was open until and she said 7pm so I said thank you and hung up, got dressed and ready and called a cab and went there with my fiance and walked in at 5pm and started looking around, she and another girl were working not one of them said a word not a hello not anything at all to us upon walking into the salon. ..then after we finally were going to sit down and wait for someone to help us finally the one lady asked what she could do for us and I said I called earlier and asked about walkins and pricing and she responded with she couldnt do it ...after admitting she told me that she took walk ins on the phone earlier... ..could not believe how we were treated...I have never went into any salon where I was treated that poorly and not even greeted it was just crazy...and on top of that it was pouring rain outside and we had to call yet another cab and wait for it to come pick us back up. ..never again will I go there,waisted 20$ to get there and back and didnt even get my nails done...thank god I didnt tell my friends to go. that would have been embarrassing..dont go here ....horrible even my fiance couldnt believe the horrible service..didnt even want to wait in the place for the cab so we waited out side in the rain.... Excellent service & my kids loved it. My pedicure was so relaxing and looks fantastic. They had cartoons on for my girls and gave them pictures to colour while their toes dried. Love the chair massage too. Read Less
