Not sure why this place has other 5 star reviews, I am shocked. I was in town for work and I decided to try this place out because it didn’t seem busy. The staff was very friendly but the quality of work was poor. A gentleman gave me a shellac pedicure. He cut the right toenail noticeably shorter than the left one and didn’t even put on an even coat of shellac. I can see where the shellac fades, it’s so bad! He didn’t even file down my feet properly. I spent $45 for shellac. I would even understand if it were busy and he was trying to rush me through me pedicure, but It was just me and another lady doing a manicure there. Not going back here. HORRIBLE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! This place is terrible. There work can be done by a ten year old. Looks horrible. Will never go there again. Great experience. Brought my 5 year old daughter for a mani pedi and she absolutely loved the butterfly kids chair and watching a movie while she got her nails done. The staff was extremely polite. The shop was clean. I will definitely be taking her back time and time again. Read Less

Went for shellac manicure, called to see if available, but when I sat down they were trying to multitask One was going back in forth. After 45 min wait my turn came. My corner it was clearly visible and I have to ask to finish properly!! But they really didn't care at all!!! Poor service and will never go backRead Less

I wonted to try them out and I did but I wish I read review first.Comunication is issue but I wanted French manicure and gel fill and didn't have my glasses with me it turned awful that was on Feb -22 cost $25 plus tipwent back on Monday Feb. 24 bad again old nail polish everyone told me it looks like I did it myself so couldn't go on Feb 25 but went back on Feb 28 and left them message that I will be coming on that day .This time by owner she decided to cut my own nails and put fake plus made me soak in acetone over 1 hour didn't ask for any of that but she wanted to charge me $33 week after I payee $25 all misunderstanding .I do not recommend this place! Other then going to the USA because its cheaper, this is the best place in Windsor so far, Ive been to many places and this place is the cleanest, cheapest, and I come out with great looking nails, no mistakes! Read Less

Had a horrible experience at this nail salon! I wanted a manicure with a design and I was very clear that I wanted a simply flower on my ring finger in black; I must have repeated it several time that I like simple design. When she was done with the design on one hand, she had done some wispy design that had ¾ of my nail in black. I told her right away that I didn’t like it and it was nothing that I had asked for. She actually started putting things away and telling me that everything was okay and was ready to walk me over to the cash register. I didn’t move and reminder her that I had a design on one finger and another design on the other finger and I wanted her to fix the finger with all the black. She got upset and started throwing around her stuff and told me that I had to live with it b/c she wouldn’t fix it. Finally after telling her that I didn’t care that she was upset and that I wanted my nail fix, did the manager come over and took some of the black off my nail. I left unbelievable upset and I told them that I would never come back. The girl next to me who was going to have a design on her nails changed her mind once she saw how that one worker was acting.
