I dont care for this nail salon... I thought i try it, since i had made a purchase at Editable Arrangements next door and liked the sales persons nails and she mentioned where she had them done. My daughter and myself both had pedicures and I decided on gel nails.. The guy that serviced me for my pedicure and nails looked as though he had just woke up and was in a bad mood. He was not friendly and never smiled once. He dug some tool underneath my toenail so hard more than once and i jumped from the pain, he never apologized or asked if he had hurt me. My feet looked as if they had ash on them he used nothing to moisturize my feet once done. My feet were dry and ashy he didn't even manage to try and soften the callous. Had such an awful experience, extremely disappointed. Went in for a mani & pedi and the man who worked there was completely disrespectful to my mother and I, he yelled and complained that my nail polish smeared when it was his glove who hit me and he didn't want to fix it yet he blamed me. Bees and flys kept coming into the salon because the door was open and they were everywhere and always coming near me. I wouldn't recommend you to ever come here and I'm upset I wasted $35 on trashy service. Read Less

The man who did my nails started  by asking  "Where did I get my nails done?"  I answered, feeling as though I committed a crime for not having them done there recently- He then smirked and talked in his language with the others.  He started doing my nails- He knew that I wanted a fill, but didn't bother to ask if I wanted a new color or anything- Just started doing the French style that was already there- Then I had to tell him that I needed them shorter- and he repeated what I said sarcastically and cut them shorter- I asked for a design near the end- and he chose 2 colors in a hurriedly manner..an ugly few lines of black and grey over one nail of each hand....Never asked what I wanted or if I liked it...and never smiled the whole time- My thumb nail is sore today because he was careless.....I'll never go this place again. The best, always! I've never had even a "mediocre" experience; it's always fantastic! Both Ivy and Dawn do my occasional manicures and I think just about everyone has done a pedicure- GREAT treatment all around! They're literally a 15 min drive from me, but they're worth it. Went here today with my friend. She got acrylic done. The ladies here knew nothing and looked at us like we had 10 heads. She got acrylics done and put way too much powder on and we told her millions of times how her nails were crooked and going to the side and they didn't do anything about it and tried to convince us that that's how it's supposed to be. I am surprised by the reviews.  I was left feeling like I wasn't a regular so they didn't care.  The nails are misshapen and there was extra nail gel around the finger tips.  instead of wiping excess polish off as she went along, the girl let it dry and then used cuticle trimmers to cut the Polish off of my fingers. (I use shellac polish)  I would not recommend this place.   They just seem to want to get to the next person as fast as possible. Read Less

Best pedicure I have ever received! The leg and foot massage was really long, and it wasn't rushed like other places. I'm always very happy with my shellac manicure too! Ivy is always friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in. She talks with you, and remembers you each time you visit.
