Terrible they took an hour and a half to do a pedi to only mess it up did thick French when I asked for thin then she messed up the design only to sand it not even fix it covered it with a top coat and said she’s not dealing with me no more because she already spent an hour and a half I have been going here 16 years I think the new owners that took over don’t care

Was awful don’t waste ur time I had a pedicure done when it came to the polish I asked for the French with sparkle shellac and a pink flower . She couldn’t even do designs never told me that . I settled for her design so when the timer went to take the toes out of the light she said it was done it wasn’t and smudged so she then proceeded to fix it and sand off the design then I said just do sparkle she sanded it off and covered it with top coat never did it proper u could see all the sand marks

Went there to shellac . Came off 2nd day went again came off in 3 hours , I called them lady hang up on me called them 5 times keep hanging up the phone . I think they just putting regular nail polish...
Went there to shellac . Came off 2nd day went again came off in 3 hours , I called them lady hang up on me called them 5 times keep hanging up the phone . I think they just putting regular nail polish instead off shellac . There goes $18 .... 😲😒
It’s not about money they don’t have any respect on customers.

Horrible. I booked at this salon because my usual couldn't take me before my departure date, the in salon experience was tolerable but the quality was terrible. I got a full set of acrylic nails and I am now on day 3 and two nails have almost completely fallen off. I have not even been to work yet or done any labour at all. Worst over all experience ever, tempted to get a refund.

Horrible. I booked at this salon because my usual couldn't take me before my departure date, the in salon experience was tolerable but the quality was terrible.
