Take your business elsewhere!!!! Sister’s shellac came off the next day in the shower. My acrylic nails only lasted a week. The owner refused to redo them or give me a refund. I’ve been getting acrylics done for years (elsewhere of course) and this has NEVER happened to me. Yet I was told I had to pay for them to fix their mistake?

I never ever write reviews, but because my experience was so horrible I felt the need to let people know. If I could give this place 0 I would. I called and made a shellac appointment, and realized she used the brand "gellish" which any shellac person would know this is the worst brand ever for shellac. You might as well save your money and just do regular polish because it will only last a day. The owner said she guarantees "her" shellac lasts up to 3 weeks, and if not she will do it again for me for free. I just said okay and she did it. The polish was not even shiny, and worst paint job ever. To top it all off my shellac appointment took over 1 1/2 when I had called and made an appointment, and I wasn't waiting, so it took forever. Like I thought it took 2 days and it was all chipping off and on one nail the polish completely came off. I went back and she had two colors in "opi gel" polish so I picked one and again over 1 1/2 and she said "i'm surprised my shellac always lasts". One of the worst pain jobs ever, even though I had chosen a light color it still was streaky. If all of this wasn't enough, she cut me numerous times with her nail digging into me trying to clean up her polish mistakes. Shellac average prices are $20-$25, if you want manicure it's average around $27. She charged me $27, (no manicure) and it was the worst money I've ever spent. Oh and she was on the phone the whole time!!!! 0 stars for me!

The owner wouldn't let anyone do anything besides pedicures my pedicure was great the owner was drunk didn't listen to what I wanted took over an hour and a half for a.full.set of acrylic with color they use dish liquid to wash and then tried to charge me a insane amount for the worse set of nails iv ever gotten I will never go back to that hell hole
FYI it don't seem licensed I asked about it and apparently they do not have to display it in plain view

No good equipment. Chair is so uncomfortable. My shellac manicure was terrible. Manicurist was literally pretending to cut my cuticles. Imagine going to get a trim at a hair salon and leaving with all your split ends still there. The workers are very kind tho.

My hubby got a full pedicure, I have to appreciate anyone willing to touch his feet, and he loved it! I just enjoy a polish change on my toes (ticklish feet), but the prices are great and I love the shellac for my nails. The facial waxing is great too! Jackie is awesome!

As a mom.of three young children i dont get out very often to pamper myself , so i decided to venture out for a pedicure and choose to try this place since its literally 3 minutes from my home in forest glade , i was very pleased with my service and plan on coming back when I can find the chance to sneak away from the kids and hubby :)

No good equipment. Chair is so uncomfortable. My shellac manicure was terrible. Manicurist was literally pretending to cut my cuticles. Imagine going to get a trim at a hair salon and leaving with all your split ends still there. The workers are very kind tho.
