I would say overall from multiple visits for waxing I am happy with the service. The Owner is very nice and we have had great talks. I dont mind the little boy, he gave me honest wait times for my occasional walk ins. Sometimes however when you make an appointment and arrive on time because they filled up in walk ins (My assumption) I had to wait, regardless of taking an appointment. Very clean every time usually. MAde an appointment to get my nails done and a pedicure when I got there the staff tell u to speak to the child at the front desk. They say he is the owners son to young to even be working anywhere they have another child whom looks like she is seven years old also working at the front desk. They then tell me that they don't have time to do my nails because they made an appointment after I made mine that they only have time to do my pedicure. As I am getting my pedicure the whole hour I was there I never saw any one else come in to get there nails done they had two staff members sitting doing nothing that could have done my nails. Won't be returning to this nail salon no would I recommend it to anyone in the Whitby shores area! Very unprofessional! Had an appointment for a mani/pedi showed up on time and had to wait 20 minutes. During that time no one explained what was going on, and I just sat there. The appointment was good - pretty standard, no complaints. However, at the end the technician set me up under the UV light and then just forgot me and moved onto another client. I sat there for 35 minutes before turning the machines off, cleaning everything up, getting my shoes on and going to the checkout. When they found out what happened they didn't apologize or offer a discount or anything, just kind of eye rolled the employee and then asked for full-price. Their business is pampering people, so paying that much money to just to leave feeling unvalued and forgotten is pretty bad...Read Less

Had my nails done here the other day. I walked in (with no appointment) and i was taken right away (due to a no show appointment) was looking for a nail salon in the area that was capable of doing more than just French and nail polish.... (different designs and techniques) that you see on pintrest (and not wanting to travel alllll the way to Toronto) to get it. I had Donna do my nails and she did an awesome job! She was very friendly. And kind. She was able to do exactly what I wanted (design wise) . I will definitely be going back there! However I do recommend you make an appointment as they do seem do be a pretty busy salon. I got my nails done here after work one day. The girl who did my regular mani/pedi was amazing. I have never had such nicely shaped nails before.  The ambience is relaxed and it wasn't too busy as I went on a weekday.  I did call and book a spot prior to going in.  After impatiently waiting to dry my nails, I paid and left to go to my car when I smudged one of my nails.  I walked back in and told the owner and she got another girl to fix it for me.  The girl who fixed it didn't do as a good job as the previous girl but still they did fix it for me so I was happy.  I will be a returning customer and I do recommend this place :) Read Less

I tried out This place a few weeks ago. I was impressed with the look and vibe as I walked in and the staff was friendly. I was underwhelmed however with my pedicure. The process was good but I didn't feel that the technician took real care with my feet. They were still rough when I got home and I was a little put off. I will return one more time to try another technician -- I wont write this place off yet since the customer service and experience was quite good so I will try another technician and see if that can change my experience. Love this place! It's so nice and they do a good job with everything. I am seriously addicted to this place. It's very clean. Not dirty like those other nail places. This place is fantastic. Prices are slightly higher than others, but it's worth it. My friend and I go there for pedicures. They do a great job! The ladies are wonderful and are very professional. Definitely recommended!It's a pretty busy place, especially on weekends. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment! Read Less
