Professional, friendly, clean. A GREAT place to get any type of Esthetics done...nails-manicures-pedicures-waxing-lashes, whatever you need. I have been going to see Sara and Don for many years and have recommended Urban Nails to many of my friends and family.

I've been going here for years and Don and Sara are my main folks to work on my nails. I love them all. They are on time and they like all customers and care about them. Some people come late for their appts and if they come 10 mins late they try to accommodate everyone. They are always on time. They are the best. Keep up the good work Urban.

Did not keep our reservation, when we showed up there were three techs working and they were all full leaving no one to work on our large party. Waited for a half an hour without any acknowledgement f...
Did not keep our reservation, when we showed up there were three techs working and they were all full leaving no one to work on our large party. Waited for a half an hour without any acknowledgement from the staff. We had even visited the salon earlier that week to confirm our reservation. This place was unprepared, if someone makes a reservation be prepared for to have the appropriate amount of staff available.

Horrible! Not only did the man who worked on my nails get up every few minutes to pick up the phone, he became visibly upset when I asked him to clean around my nails as well as paint to the cuticle.....
Horrible! Not only did the man who worked on my nails get up every few minutes to pick up the phone, he became visibly upset when I asked him to clean around my nails as well as paint to the cuticle... his response? I’ll make your nails messy if I do. I’ll never go back.

I've been going here for years but tonight will be the last time. I called this afternoon and was told to come in at 5pm to get my eyebrows done. When I arrived, I was told to come back later becaus...
I've been going here for years but tonight will be the last time. I called this afternoon and was told to come in at 5pm to get my eyebrows done. When I arrived, I was told to come back later because they were in the middle of 4 pedicures. When I questioned why I was being told to wait, I was told that I didn't have an apt so I had to come back. I said I DID have an apt - and was rudely told to sit and wait. 30 minutes later - after having been complerely ignored - I grabbed my things and left. They've now lost a client of about 10 years - and I will no longer be recommending them to friend and coworkers.
When a client makes an apt, you honor it.

I have been going to this salon for 9 years. I cannot rate their service highly enough!! I have been complimented on my nails by numerous people. I would not go anywhere else!!

The guy who works there is the worst at doing nails. My wife got her nails done and he left glue all over her fingers do NOT USE THIS PLACE STAY AWAY !!!

First time coming here and I'm amazed at how precise their pedicures are. A great experience down to the last detail. Won't be going anywhere else! Thanks for everything 👍

Can't do basic designs on nail. $25 for a pedicure where the nail Polish was on my cuticles; could do better paint job myself. Left and went elsewhere to fix won't be coming back.

Did not keep our reservation, when we showed up there were three techs working and they were all full leaving no one to work on our large party.
