I personally love the staff, they are so nice and mist of them start small talk you know while they do your manicure/pedicure. I love the atmesphire and at the front desk they have these delicious candy's yummm! i highley recommend Nails Pure Spa!!!!

I like the staff, but got tired of going back within days because the solar nail gel shellac chipped. This didn't happen only once, but SEVERAL TIMES. I got fed up and haven't been back.

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Had an appointment w my sister at 2:00, she wasn’t seen until 2:30. Esthetician left twice while I was getting my nails done to wax someone else’s eyebrows. ...
Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Had an appointment w my sister at 2:00, she wasn’t seen until 2:30. Esthetician left twice while I was getting my nails done to wax someone else’s eyebrows. Was very rushed and nails look very sloppy. My sister was cut to the point of bleeding and the lady put acrylic powder on it to “stop the bleeding”. She was then charged $35 for a shellac manicure and did not even receive the full manicure (massage etc) until a complaint was made. Save your money, go elsewhere!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Had an appointment at 2 and wasn’t seen till 2:30. Esthetician left 2 times throughout my appointment to wax someone else’s eyebrows. Answered 5 calls while doing my nails. Cut my sisters finger until she was bleeding and cut mine several times. Then proceeded to put acrylic powder on the cut in order to “stop the bleeding”. Was rushed and nails look messy. And charged $35 for a shellac manicure and didn’t even receive the full “manicure” until I complained.

The staff is friendly and they're very good at what they do! I've been going on-and-off for 10 years, and I keep ending up back there because the prices are best and so is the work they do.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW MATINENCE!! WORST EYEBROW EXPERIENCE EVER! I specifically instructed the woman to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible, and to just clean up the bottom of them. SHE WAXED THEM THINNER THEN TOOTHPICKS!! AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN!! ONE IS WAYYYY THINNER THEN THE OTHER!!
IF YOU WANT NICE EYEBROWS, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! THEY ARE NOT SKILLED ENOUGH TO BE PROVIDING THESE SERVICES! (or they just don't care about what their customers want).
VISIT WITH CAUTION!

The staff and décor is nice. However the service not so much. I had a manicure and pedicure done on Saturday for a party and was told to leave within an hour of being there. Since I had a makeup appointment elsewhere I didn't think it through. By the time I left and went to my makeup appointment I had 4 smudged nails. I did not have time to go back and have it redone. I should never have been allowed to leave without them verifying that my nails were dry. There are so many nail salons in Whitby that I'm sure I can find one that takes the time for their customers.

The 1st time here I had an appt & my mani/pedi turned out beautiful. Don't come as a drop-in though. I came back based on my 1st experience but didn't have an appt. I asked if anyone was free to do a shellac mani & was told yes & asked to pick a colour. I then sat in a chair for 80 min, had my colour stolen & when it was finally my turn, my colour was still in use elsewhere!! They could have just told me that nobody was free to see me. I would have come back/ booked an appt for another time.

Really well done manicures, especially shellac manicures. But NEVER, and I repeat NEVER go here for anything aesthetic. Facials, lash extensions, waxing, ANYTHING. It is a terrible experience and you'd be better off going anywhere else, I mean literally anywhere else in the world. Really great manicures though lol

Went to Pure nails for my first time today and had a great experience. Yuki gave me a shellac manicure and it was probably the best manicure I have ever had. Definitely going back!

The staff and décor is nice. However the service not so much. I had a manicure and pedicure done on Saturday for a party and was told to leave within an hour of being there. Since I had a makeup appointment elsewhere I didn't think it through. By the time I left and went to my makeup appointment I had 4 smudged nails. I did not have time to go back and have it redone.
