Went for a brazilian, literally had to tell the lady that there was still hair everywhere and left with hair still between my lips and between my vjay and butt. If i could do those areas myself i wouldn't have come in to pay someone to do it. I have my own wax pot at home. Very unimpressed. Used to go there all the time and since then the prices have gone up and the girl who did a good job left. If waxing isn't an employee's strong suit then don't have them perform that particular service. Last time for me, finding a new regular spot for my brazilians.

Usually come here and leave a good tip. Did not appreciate calling ahead and making an appointment only to be told by a younger girl with glasses upon arrival that the lady who was supposed to do my manicure actually had an appointment and that I couldn’t be squeezed in any other time because there were too many appointments. She apologized but I should have been called back instead of making my way out here. Unprofessional.

I just drove by today and decided to stop in and am so glad I came here instead of my usual nail place. They did an amazing job! I always end up filing and shaping my nails after I leave the salon but my sns is literally perfect, shape and everything! And the pedicure was excellent. I will definitely be coming back!

I got a what's was suppose to be a manicure and got sns dipping powder on my nails and it's chipping off already and they didn't even soak my nails like you are suppose to do when u get a manicure..

My daughter and I got SNS and pedicures last weekend. Both our our nails are splitting and cracking. The pedicures were good, but very $$$$. Will not return.

Love this place. I drive a good distance to come here to do my nails. Jimmy is amazing .. hands down, nobody else can do my nails better than him. I am naturally very picky and because I didn't want to drive to Whitby I would try to find someone else in my neighbourhood, however there just isn't anybody better than Jimmy and his wife. I highly recommend this Nail Salon.

Called ahead and asked if they had time to my and my moms nails. They told us to come right away, we put off dinner and got there within 3 minutes. They made us wait over an hour to start my nails and another 20 before they ever got to my mom. Wouldn't go back.

This place was amazing. My skin is super sensitive to wax. Kim did my eyebrow and they look how I want it to look. She put some cream after and it smell fishy. But like 5 mins it later the redness and bump goes away. I'm always on my feet all day, and the pedicures was sooo good. I would recommend this to everyone. Now my feet felt like baby feet. It was a very good experience. They don't speak English that well but they do understand and do know what they are doing. I can see that it's a family business. They said they been open for over 15 years , I definitely coming back to this place.

If I could rate this place lower, I would.I caution users to stay away from the laser hair removal services as the owner (Kim) seems to use a smelly fish oil as an after-treatment and tell you to buy a roll-on balm that does absolutely nothing to reduce hair. In fact, the roll-on liquid is in an unmarked bottle--very sketchy and not something I would expect from a "salon". Overall, the entire experience was a complete waste of money. I paid 500 cash for 10 treatments and did not see any results. You can expect mediocre service as you pretty much get less than you pay for. I really wanted to love this place, but the only thing worth getting here is their pedicure, everything else including their spa (which is in the basement) is not worth it. Don't let the renovated decor in the basement fool your perception-- this place does not believe in quality service, customer care, or results. They pretty much rely on local clients to support their business because offer cheap, quick-fix services such as pedicures + manicures + waxing. TIPS: Do not get Kim to wax your face. She does not wait for the wax to heat up and it feels like globs on your face--very messy and poorly done. Do not get laser-hair removal. She does not ensure that there is no hair above the skin (If you have dark hair, you have to make sure that the dark hair is shaved before you get the treatment otherwise the outside of your skin will burn). Also, the after-treatments are painful because of her poor waxing technique and the after-treatments are sketchy (described above). Hope this post will help others from making the same mistake. I now go to Bellair in Yorkville and am satisfied with their service so far. For only a couple hundred extra, I was able to get much better quality advice, care, and treatment. Definitely worth it!

Went for a brazilian, literally had to tell the lady that there was still hair everywhere and left with hair still between my lips and between my vjay and butt. If i could do those areas myself i wouldn't have come in to pay someone to do it. I have my own wax pot at home. Very unimpressed. I just drove by today and decided to stop in and am so glad I came here instead of my usual nail place. They did an amazing job! I always end up filing and shaping my nails after I leave the salon but my sns is literally perfect, shape and everything! And the pedicure was excellent. I will definitely be coming back!

Love this place. I drive a good distance to come here to do my nails. Jimmy is amazing .. hands down, nobody else can do my nails better than him. I am naturally very picky and because I didn't want to drive to Whitby I would try to find someone else in my neighbourhood, however there just isn't anybody better than Jimmy and his wife. I highly recommend this Nail Salon.

This place was amazing. My skin is super sensitive to wax. Kim did my eyebrow and they look how I want it to look. She put some cream after and it smell fishy.
