Horrible experience, went for a fill, they didnt listen to what I wanted, the nails are SUPER thick, almost .5cm, when i went back they used the file to get rid of my own nail underneath and said that was all they could do. Never again!! Read Less

** editing my review** Recently I had my acrylics removed , which I had done at hygiene and continued to fill every 4 weeks for 6 months, and i was very disappointed to find out that they use a product which is MMA based for their acrylic sets. MMA ladies if you do some research you will find is a banned substance for over over 20 years now (for health saefty) It also took me over 2 hours and 4 separate soaks and scrapes to remove the nails enough to buff them off. Acrylics should take 30 minutes to soak and crumble off. MAX. I'm highly.disappinted and upset , unfortunately now I have heard of 3 other cases of ladies having the same problems coming from this salon . Very disappointed! Used to go all the time.. Went for Mani pedi yesterday and they didn't shape or file my nails, no massage for any of us for our Mani or pedi and my nails all uneven. When I tried to tell them the guy said them go back and sit down but we had been stuck waiting so long because they were so under staff. Huge disappointment.Read Less

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I got a full set of acrylic nails put on, within 3 days 1 nail had fallen off I called the store only to have the owner tell me she would charge me to fix it because I must have hit it or something to break it off. Within the next 2 days so still less then a week 2 more nails had fallen off without "hitting it" or any self involvement in them coming off! I will never go back to this place. They are rude, the owner and her husband BOTH hung up on me when I called to discuss this with them. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Read Less

Don't go there. After being a regular customer for a year they basically told me they don't want my business. Gave them the benefit of the doubt went back and they did it again. Said it takes to long to do my pedicure (ingrown toenails). I offered to pay more and the owner yelled at me. He and his wife are both either very rude or it's the language barrier. Read Less

I've been going here regularly for a year. Every 3 weeks for a pedicure. Last month they basically told me that it takes to long to do my feet because of ingrown toenails and their cost is only for a 1/2 hour pedicure. I told them fine and I was willing to pay more if the spent more time with me. Became quite nasty and once again told me only 1/2 hour. Went back 3 weeks later and when I walked in owners statement with a look of shock on his face "oh your back".  Told me I would have to wait a long time for service repeatedly. I asked them did they or did the not want my business. Gave me the impression they didn't want it so I walked out and won't go back. Found another place cleaner nicer they did a better job and I can understand them when they talk to me. And I can walk there from my house. I'm going there from now on. I came here right after getting off the train from work. This place is easy to miss, but once you find the plaza, you're good to go. Immediately upon walking in, a woman said hello and asked if I wanted a pedicure, which is exactly what I came in for. Upon offering a manicure as well, I declined and was lead to the polish options. They have quite a good range of all high quality polishes choose from in a wide variety of colors and shades. China Glaze, Essie, OPI and more. The biggest thing that stands out about this place is how CLEAN it is!! Absolutely spotless. The floors were perfect, nothing lying around or out of place. You'd think this salon was new, but the woman beside me was clearly a regular who was asking about her favourite person who does her nails. And after my pedicurist had finished shaving dry skin off my feet, she pulled out a little dustpan and cleaned the floor while my feet soaked, just for a minute! Once my nails were done, she spent a good amount of time cleaning the foot bath and all the tools went into a sterilization box thing. At the drying station, they have a huge rack of magazines nicely laid out for you to choose from. Massage chairs are new and in great working order. My only complaint would be that while my pedicurist was thorough, there were points where her removal of my cuticle skin hurt a bit (but no bleeding) and that when I was taken over to the dryers, no one came back to check on me! After about 15 minutes of letting my toes set, I turned to the girl beside me who was set to dry at the same time as I was and said "I think we're done" with a chuckle.Overall, definitely a salon I will return to. I don't think I've ever had someone pay as much attention to making my feet look perfect as I have here. They were thorough and did a great job and I can't stop admiring my feet! For about $30, a pretty good deal for a pedicure. I'll be back! Read Less
