Please stay away!!! I had my nails done 3 times no problems, great service. Fourth time, I got a very bad and painful nail infection and I ended up in emergency for antibiotics and then I required painful drainage. I went in to speak to the owner, that she needed to clean her equipment, showed her my wrapped finger and she offered to pay for my manicure. I told her I did not want money, I want her to make sure she sterilizes all of the equipment so, no one gets an infection.

Usually do enjoy this place, however my mom had an appointment today to get a FILL, which took TWO hours, because the esthetician had an issue, resulting in another esthetician (if he even is one) to finish the set. Nails are different lengths, they’re uneven in thickness. Understand if you have to replace the esthetician midway through a service, make sure they know what they’re doing! Should’nt have had to pay for the service based on how they look that’s for sure.

Live in the neighbourhood so figure I'd give this place a few tries. First shellac manicure didn't last that long (10 days?) but oh well. Less than a week ago, tried another time and one nail is almost completely peeled off. Went back in today to ask them to repair it and was turned away as they were "too busy". Will definitely NEVER be back.

Don't bother! Spent half my lunch hour waiting for service (with an appointment). Lots of other places that will gladly give you great service. Won't be back.

Please stay away!!! I had my nails done 3 times no problems, great service. Fourth time, I got a very bad and painful nail infection and I ended up in emergency for antibiotics and then I required painful drainage.
