I asked for acrylic nails and was given UV gel with shellac polish on top. Went with a friend who was looking to get two toned ombre design and she was told it would be around 50-60, so she opted for just one solid colour to stay within $30, a price advertised for acrylic on their sign. When getting my nails done the individual put UV gel when we had requested acrylic without even checking to ensure i was getting what I had asked for. I have never had my nails professionally done before so I had no clue what was being put on was not what I wanted They did the same with my friend and when finished a bill I expected to come to 30 became a $55 bill. So happy with how they turned out and they are gorgeous, but I feel the money I spent was unreasonable not only because these will last only weeks but also because this is not at all what I asked for. Service was great and I would recommend it to a friend, but I advise you specify exactly what you want and ensure you get what you are asking for. My nails turned out amazing. The woman who did my nails was super friendly and knew what she was doing! The wait on a Wednesday night at 6 pm was 5 minutes, and they really meant it. I also really appreciate that they do threading!! However, my friend and I walked in and asked for acrylic nails and came out with UV Gel. Neither one of us had ever tried acrylic or UV so we had no idea what either one of them looked like, or what they were about. At the end of it, we were unimpressed with the price, because it was a $20 difference, and were unimpressed at the fact that we didn't get what we asked for, but still had to pay the price of UV. All that was said to us by the woman who did my nails was "$5 difference, it will last longer." No hunny, that's a $20 difference. We've been complimented and we love our nails, however, we didn't ask for them and $50 was not what we wanted to spend that night. Read Less

It is good that the price is cheap. However, the staff seemed very busy, and they were so unconcerned. Because they probably dropped chat with each other in Chinese. And they did not tell me to stop until my hands were hot. They left me for about 20 minutes. Nails are fine, but the service is no good. Read Less

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Do not go for any type of waxing here. Incredibly unprofessional and the worst waxing procedure I have ever had. The wax is incredibly hot to the point it burned me, left permanent scarring and brought tears to my eyes. STAY AWAY FROM WAXING HERE! Read Less

Probably the worst service I've ever had at a nail salon.... they didn't take the time to actually do my nails properly , it was extremely rushed ! ( 30 Minutes ) As soon as they started it seemed like they were just trying to finish so they could squeeze in walk in clients, I went in for a fill and told her I wanted to keep the same shape and just wanted to shorten the length.
