Late starting for shellac nails, impatient when I had questions, spoke to her coworker the entire time and clipped all my cuticles, nipping two and drawing blood. Hopefully I don't develop an infection. On closer inspection( I had a lot of time to sit at the nail station and wait) I noticed nail clippings and dirt. If I could give this a zero star I would. I had healthy toenails up until 3 years ago when I had a pedicure done at crystals. I now have severe fungal Infections on 4 toenails. I had 1 toenail removed but it still came back. I've tried laser, PACT, and every type of remedy or cure out there and nothing has worked. It will be 3 years this august that the infections started. I spend minimum 30 minutes each day filing and removing infected nail. I can't count the number of times I've had to pull whole pieces of my nails off! I'm embarrassed to wear sandals and can't wear nail polish anymore. Prior to the apt 3 years ago I found out crystals had a visit From the health inspector which said two of the basins were unsanitary. They did nothing about it. I have spent thousands of dollars on treatments and still I have 4 very infected toenails. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. They should be put out of business. I don't know if I will ever get rid of this...it had already been 3 years. Thanks for ruining the health of my feet and nails, not to mention how emotionally draining it is having to deal with this on an ongoing basis because Of your negligence!!! Read Less

Terrible experience! I left with glue stuck on my cuticles, nails are all different lengths ( I asked her to fix them multiple times), and she was extremely rude when I asked questions. My nails are so thick and jagged I'm going to have to get them redone tomorrow! Shame on you for charging $45 for the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. I am a single mom who works 12 hour days. Im on my feet constantly and walk about 10 miles a day at my job. One of the things I enjoy doing for myself is pampering. This salon definitely provides that. The staff is welcoming warm and wonderful. The atmosphere is soothing and themassage chairs are the best in town. They do amazing work. Great manicures! I don't get professional manicures often because I do a lot of hiking and camping and it always ends up destroyed anyhow. When I do get manicures for special occasions, I get gel manicures. I can always trust them to give me a great looking and long lasting gel manicure. My tech has a great eye for colors. I've also had my manicure done with a couple of other girls there and they were all wonderful. My gel manicure lasts for many weeks, and I am hard on them too!!
