When receiving a shellac manicure, no attempt to remove cuticles was made. French tips were crooked. Also, during a pedicure, the owner made me very uncomfortable by constantly suggesting that I needed to get orthotics and wanting to check my shoes to see where the "wear and tear" on my feet were. I went there for a pedicure, not to see someone to give me advice on orthotics. I would go to a qualified person to do this. Also cut my nails too short and would not put shellac on my toe nails as I asked. Would not go back, simply because of how uncomfortable I was made to feel. Owner needs to assess the obvious discomfort of customers before continuing trying to up-sell products. Stick to nails. Read Less

I usually go elsewhere to get my nails done but decided to try All My Nails on a whim today, I walked in without making an appointment and was greeted right away. They sat me down and a lovely woman was with me immediately. She asked me what I wanted and went to work. The whole time she was very attentive to what she was doing, she was very precise and kept ensuring that everything looked good. She was gentle and friendly and at the end gave me a hand massage! My nails honestly look the best I have ever seen them. The polish is even and opaque, the edges of my nails are clean and crisp. I love them. I haven't been to Peter's salon in over 9 years - Why did I stop?!? No idea? My best guess - Probably because I'm a last minute kinda girl and I couldn't get in and went somewhere subpar instead. I was very disappointed with my experience at All My Nails. My friend and I came in to get a Shellac colour change. We were seated fairly quickly, which was nice, however there were a number of disappointing things that happened. First of all, they assumed that we were getting manicures, which we did not want and did not want to pay for. They also had about 50 colours that they refused to use on my nails for a reason they did not clearly explain (it seemed like an excuse). Then they did not use a base coat on mine or my friends nails, which is something that is fairly important for the nail's protection as well as the colour. This is the cleanest salon I have ever seen. Very down to earth and friendly staff. Lily gave me the best gel manicure I have ever had. I've been to this salon several times for pedicures for myself and my daughters. They are friendly, clean, and do a wonderful job with the nail art. Plus, it's big enough that we can sit side-by-side and get our nails done simultaneously. As a bonus, my nails don't grow quickly, so my pedicures always seem to last 6 weeks or more using regular polish. Great place to go! Read Less

I absolutely love this salon! They always do an amazing job and the staff is very friendly. They put so much care into your nails and truly want you to leave happy. It's not your, erm, "stereotypical" nail salon. I'm going to try say this without sounding offensive, but everyone on staff is very professional and they speak English to one another and their clients. They engage with you with sincere conversation, and they truly care about customer service. This isn't a "cheap and quick" nail salon where you sacrifice having an enjoyable experience for a good price that gets the job done. The price you pay at this salon is completely reasonable for the service and quality of product you get. I had Lilly, who did an amazing job on my nails. It was done pretty quickly too, all under an hour for a full set of gel nails. I went to All My Nails on a Friday at about 9am. I did not have an appointment. Surprisingly, they were quite busy, but I was taken right away. The service was great. I got a regular mani/pedi. However, IT COST ME $55!!!!!! ..... WITH A STUDENT DISCOUNT!!!!!!! I did not know this before I sat down, because I definitely wouldn't have stayed. You should NOT be paying over $35 for a regular mani/pedi. And while I thought the pedicure was great, $55 is just way too expensive. I will not be returning here ever, strictly because their prices are $10-20 more than any other nail salon I've been to. Read Less
