Walked in and made an appointment for threading, called back later the same day and left a message to reschedule but nobody called me back. I had to call back again to reschedule and when I showed up for the appointment at 10:30 am the door was locked. I came back 15 mins later and saw 4 people waiting, all without appointments, telling me that someone came out and told them she is short staffed and everyone will just have to wait. I left immediately and will never return. For a new business with their competition literally next door it doesn't seem like they're making the necessary effort to build clientele. When I make an appointment I expect it to be honored, but obviously these people think that their time is more valuable than mine, which is what will put them out of business very soon. It's your job to accommodate your customers not the other way around and a brief course in sales and marketing would teach you that. Read Less

One of the worst salons I have ever been too, waxing was beyond painful, way too hot and the woman treated my skin like she was peeling it off cattle. Dirty rooms, walls. They speak their own language and most often it sounds like they are talking about clients. I saw one of the workers handle money and get right back to a client without washing hands.
