They are fast and waiting time is short. The place is relatively clean comparing to other nail salons. I still see them using instruments from drawer and I can’t tell if it has been disinfected before or not. The quality of their work is good. I can easily kelp the shellac on my hands for two weeks! Pleasantly surprised with my gel fill as I was a “walk in”. They squeezed me in right away without appointment. I had 2 broken gel nails and just needed a fix (had them done at another salon 2 weeks prior) but she said we might as well just do a fill and I agreed. My technicians name was Michelle. She was nice and efficient. Only down side was she didn’t ask me what length and made them a little on the short side. It was also a little pricier than I’m used to paying $53 before tax/tip for a gel fill with shellac which ended up being more because I had to use debit. Terrible service. Got my nails done here but after I left, I realized they did a poor job but did not have time to go back that same day. I went back the next morning but they said the reason why their work was poor is because i did not get shellac done. The owner Wendy is very rude and turned me away and said they're too busy to fix my nails. For the price they charge, their service is awful. Read Less

I just came back from this place. I have been many times and it's just getting worse and worse. The lady who did my nails injured me, never apologized and the whole pedicure lasted 30mins. I sat under the nail dryer for over 20 mins and my nails are smudged and look terrible!! I will never go back here again!!!! Avoid at all costs!! Read Less

I went in just walk in for manicure and pedicure the lady in front said it was Shellac manicure and pedicure was $55 including tax , I've mentioned it twice before I started and when I was about to pay the other lady said $55 plus tax. She should have said it right from the beginning ! Read Less

I primarily like this salon because I suck at making appointments for anything and they always take me as a walk in with little wait time. In addition, compared to other salons in the area, the staff as well as the owner are quite friendly. It can be a little bit of a hit and miss depending on the nail tech you get but I have never had a issue with my shellac (what i normally go in for). The prices are fair in my opinion too. Amazing spa!! I went to this place last week to grab a shellac manicure. Wendy, the store owner was very welcoming. The manicure was of great quality. I have been coming to this nail spa for a couple of months now and I'm always satisfied. I normally book an appointment with Coco and she knows exactly what I need. Four stars because the salon gets crowded during weekends so there's a wait but it's much better on weekdays. I would recommend making an appointment beforehand. Read Less

Very thorough job and fair price. The owner and her daughter were very pleasant and accommodating. The interior is nicely designed and clean. The nail technicians are patient and attentive. Is there a ZERO star option? By far the WORST shellac manicure I've ever received in my life. They refuse to use more than 2 coats of colour on the nails, even after I insisted they refused. Their polish selection is awful, The staff has so much attitude. Shellac manicure experience resulted in the polish not reaching my cuticles, so my nails look grown out, despite them being freshly done. There is shellac gunk under my nails (which doesn't come off). They are filed crooked and the nail bed looks lumpy. Also, I came in once with a broken nail, that was broken under the skin, and the girl was so aggressive with it that it was causing me excruciating pain. I asked her to be gentle with it and she became EVEN MORE aggressive with it, ripping it even more than when I came in. Been here 4 times (ONLY when I can't make it to my usual salon of choice) and every single time has been a complete and total nightmare nail experience. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. Attitude, attitude, attitude.I requested a Shellac manicure, and the girl who was told to do my nails seemed less than impressed.  I generally bite my cuticles due to a terrible habit I have, and requested she clean my cuticles properly.  She barely cleaned my nails!!  She could tell I was not happy, and so instead of doing her job properly like I requested, she just gave me MORE attitude!!!  I'm sorry, but these people know nothing about decent customer service when there are plenty of other nail salons I could have simply walked into (and which I will next time).  They should think twice before giving their well-paying customers major attitude.  Sorry you have such a shitty job, but I didn't pay for you to pout in my face and roll your eyes every time I look down at my cuticles to see that you're doing such a bad job.  I'm paying you!!  I wanted to walk out of that place half-way through the manicure process, but I didn't want to cause a scene.  I can't believe I even tipped this girl... I felt bad for her.... However, once she was done with me she quickly disappeared into a back room and had to WAIT for her to come out to get her tip.  PATHETIC. $30 for a Shellac manicure, and I'm never coming back.. I had my first experience at Nails To Go yesterday. They had a great selection of nail polish, Essie, Nailene, and OPI.  They had a technician working on my mani and another working on my pedi.  My pedi looks flawless and the lady took a lot of time and patience doing them.   Because I forgot my sandals, she was kind enough to lather my toes in oil and wrapped them in Saran Wrap.  The lady who did my mani, on the other hand, left me with a lot of pain as she over filed my nails and overcut my cuticles even though I told her not to cut them.  I don't think she understood english.  It's day 2 and my nails are sore and feels as if there are cuts underneath the nails.  I have to add that her polish job was pretty sloppy too.  Overall, they seem to be very clean- I liked how they used bags for the pedi tub- and the lady at the front desk was friendly.  I would visit this nail salon again; however, I will be selective in who I get.
